A holiday with the whole family at the Isabella holiday rental in Zinnowitz

Our spacious semi-detached home offers approximately 75 m² of space for up to 7 adults and a baby or toddler. The lovingly furnished holiday rental is located near the beach—in a quiet yet central location—ideal for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea.

Spread over three floors, you’ll find a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living/dining area with a wood-burning stove, and—as a special extra—your own sauna.

Amenities include, among other things, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a high chair, a travel cot, foldable stair gates, and much more—all included.
The sunny patio with patio furniture is perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors.
A parking space (No. 1) is located right next to the house.
If you’d like to order additional bed linens, please do so at least 7 days before arrival! Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that it will be available on-site in time.

Pets are welcome for a small fee; please indicate this when booking.
A security deposit of 300€ must be paid via bank transfer for the apartment.

The Isabella holiday rental is spread across three levels and offers comfortable retreats for young and old alike.

Ground floor:
– Private sun terrace with patio furniture,
– Guest bathroom right in the entryway,
– Open, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker),
– Large dining area & living room with a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings

Ground floor:
– Bedroom with bunk bed (bottom bunk 140 cm wide) & closet,
– Bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide) & closet,
– Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine

2nd floor:
– Bedroom with two single beds & chest of drawers,
– Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, & sink,
– Sauna for your private wellness retreat

All rooms are bright and lovingly furnished. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea.


Family-friendly, pet-friendly, fully equipped
The following items are available free of charge for guests with small children:
– foldable stair gates,
– a high chair,
– a travel cot with mattress & mattress protector (please bring your own bedding)

Included:
– Wi-Fi throughout the house,
– Use of the sauna & wood-burning stove (please bring your own firewood),
– Parking space No. 1 directly on the property
