Nos belles unités sont situées à The Summit Condominiums sur Thomas Drive à Panama City Beach, en Floride. Ce complexe de villégiature à grande échelle se trouve sur la plage et chaque unité bénéficie d'une vue luxueuse sur le golfe du Mexique avec son magnifique sable blanc comme neige et ses eaux d'un bleu turquoise profond.

Nos unités de condo sont aux 3ème et 5ème étages. Prenez les ascenseurs ou profitez de la promenade facile depuis le niveau du sol. Chaque unité peut accueillir 6 personnes et comprend 1 chambre +, 1 + 1/2 salles de bain, une chambre principale, des lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon. Une barrière de sécurité de 24 heures pour votre protection.

Ces unités ont toutes les améliorations. Agréable et propre! Récemment rénové! Les prix de location sont d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix et sont parmi les plus abordables de Panama City Beach et du Summit!

Chaque unité dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur / congélateur avec machine à glaçons, four micro-ondes, cuisinière, four, cafetière, vaisselle, ustensiles, batterie de cuisine, etc. La salle à manger comprend une table et des chaises, un bar et des tabourets. Ces unit��s comprennent une laveuse / sécheuse empilable pour votre commodité.

Le salon comprend un canapé, une chaise, des tables, des lampes, une télévision par câble et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Belle chambre des maîtres (lit king ou deux lits disponibles) avec télévision et salle de bain principale. Le salon et la salle à manger donnent sur le balcon qui surplombe les deux grandes piscines, les deux bassins pour enfants et les eaux cristallines de la plage.

Profitez de nombreux équipements sur place: deux très grandes piscines, deux bassins pour enfants, un bar à la piscine tiki, un bar et un grill pour le déjeuner et le dîner, un glacier et un café Internet, des bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs, une salle de sport complète, deux saunas, salle avec table de billard, courts de tennis, jeu de palets, grilles extérieures, balançoires de banc, aire de pique-nique, aire de jeux sur la plage et une plage de services complets avec jet-ski, para-voile et la voile.

Situé à proximité d'excellents restaurants, à quelques minutes à pied ou à quelques minutes en voiture du Sommet, du parcours de golf de Signal Hill et de deux clubs de plage passionnants: «Spinnaker» et «La Vela's»! Les divertissements familiaux à proximité incluent des thèmes sur l’eau, des divertissements et des parcs publics. Meilleure pêche sur le golfe.

Overall, the stay was OK. Elevators were broke constantly. The condo is a little dated. Probably needs to be upgraded furniture wise patio furniture was awful. Poor lighting.

Clean unit

The unit was clean and great location. However, we had issues with the bedroom tv and the dishwasher will not turn on. Besides those, we loved the unit.

Great place.

Great place to stay, comfortable condo has everything you need. With a family of 6 it was a bit tight and hard to get ready sometimes with only one shower. The dryer I don’t know if it was user error but it wouldnt dry past a couple min. Overall it was a very nice clean place plenty of things to use to cook with. Nice king bed in the room and bunk beds and also the couch bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was more of a “party” environment and that was fun! We enjoyed the karaoke nights and the movie by the pool.

Clean property in good location.

The property security and cleanliness were on point. There was ALWAYS someone somewhere watching the entry ways and/or cleaning maintaining the property. The condo was nice with all main essentials. A little TLC would go a long way, but we really didnt have any compaints. The location is within a lot of activities and restaurants. The ad mentions spinnackers and club le vala. They have been closed for years, and when/if they re-open spunds questionable. I was not disappointed with their closures, as the complex was mostly adults with families or respectful spring breakers. Id go back!

Wifi was out the entire time & the tv didn’t work. Had issues at check in & called several times with no answer. Silverware was dirty. Toilets had issues, maintenance had to come. Found out AFTER check in that the dryer did not work. The Summit itself was amazing!! The view was perfect. I would go back but not stay in this room.

Thank you for booking with us. I hate to hear about the issues that you ran into during your stay. I'm happy that you called our office to report an issue with the toilets running constantly, our maintenance tech was at your property within two hours of it being reported. Though when he arrived he found no issues with the toilets. I really wish you would've taken a moment to call our office and report the issue with the TV, or to report it to our maintenance tech who was in the condo. Our office is open 7 days a week and we even have an after-hours line for emergencies. Unfortunately, we didn't find out that the dryer wasn't working until your day of check-in. We tried to fix the issue, but when we found out we couldn't fix it before you checked in, we called and offered to reimburse you for any laundry expense you incurred during your 3-night stay (Laundry is also available on the ground floor). I'm happy to report the dryer has been fixed. The Summit handles the Wifi and the check-in process, which is at their front desk. We called you the day before your check-in and tried to answer any questions you might've had about the check-in process. Best of luck on your future travels.

Checked in Saturday night. Called Sunday, Monday and Wednesday before someone spoke to us about broken toilet and broke stove. Still trying to get refund that was promised on 5/12.

Summit Snowbirds

Four Star condo service communication was great to work with. Our condo overlooked the pool. Great location. Next to the elevator. The Condo was fully stocked with plenty of linens and the king bed was comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Summit in past posts get a bad wrap. We loved it here. We have been snowbirds in PCB for 5 years at different properties but enjoyed this the best. Heated pool. Great job by the grounds keepers, maintenance to always have this place looking clean. Steps away from the white powder sand along the emerald coast. Four Star condo service is a great company to work with. Thanks again for the memories.

Paradise in a condo!

The view is breathtaking and overlooking both the pool and beach we were able to sit inside while our toddler napped and still watch our older children make memories. They have a really neat chest that you can leave toys or take a toy or floaty so you don't have to buy one. We had a huge floaty I was trying to blow up and a staff member greets me and shows me to an air machine and offers to blow it up for me!! Staff and other guests were friendly and we will definitely be back again!!!

Summit resort condo unit 319

One of toilet wasn’t work. 2 of stove ranges wasn’t work. In the restroom deposits of moisture that are not healthy at all. they even have some cockroaches in the restrooms. What is not good at all. Vacation in first half of July 2022.

The sliding glass door repair was scheduled with a local company. I apologize that they couldn't come out same day for you but it did get taken care of. I am very pleased with both and will continue to use them. This specific room was great (compared to others at the Summit) the owners had generously stocked their kitchen with pots, pans, etc. It makes me angry when I rent a unit with a kitchen and it is empty, but these people were GREAT! Unique features about the property is that it has a restaurant on site, and one next door. I buy a few items to cook in room and never leave the beach. Another great feature is that 99 percent of units have 2 full beds and 2 twin beds

Condo #319 is nasty!!

Summit Condo 319 was gross and old. The toilet had a note that it didn’t work. The shower looked disgusting. Something red on bed skirt maybe blood, not sure. The couch and chair looked to have bodily fluid on it. Shelving in closet was rusted. 2 out of 4 chairs on balcony were broke and should have been in the trash , they were usable. Living room tv - the roku was unable to work. Hairdryer only worked on high speed. It was such a horrible experience, we left a night early to go home. I would never book this condo again.
