The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Podstrana near the beach.
You can enjoy a wonderful view over the town and the sea from the terrace with garden furniture. Behind the house there is a garden with plants and flowers, as well as a grill for house guests. Parking spaces are available.
The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm. The master bedroom has satellite TV and the other room has cable TV. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The living and dining room has air conditioning, provides further seating and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the necessary appliances, as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. Wireless Internet access is available.
The beach is just 800 metres away. Public transport runs regularly every 20 minutes. You can enjoy many outdoor activities, such as jogging on the beach, cycling, hiking, birdwatching. There are tennis courts and golf courses in Stobrec, a five-minute drive away. Other coastal towns such as Omis, Makarska, Trogir and Primosten are not far away. Split is ten kilometres away and from there you can take a boat or ferry to the nearby islands of Hvar or Brac. It is also recommended to go on a day trip to Dubrovnik or Medjugorje.
