The grounds are very well kept and the beach access could not be better. Such a short walk and never overly crowded.

Thought the accommodations matched what the listing provided as an expectation--which is what I ask for when booking. The host was both communicative prior to the stay and responsive to any issues that arose.The house had everything we needed to make meals, hang out on the deck and relax at night. The bunk beds were a hit for the kids (3 and 6)!Proximity to the beach was a huge plus and my kids and I will definitely be back!

What a beautiful condo! Location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The pool was awesome. Bed and linens were great. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely book again.

Everything was super clean and much more spacious in person versus in pictures! We brought our kiddos for a spontaneous weekend get away and loved being able to wake up to an ocean view and having the beach just steps away!

Nice place. On second floor so you can see the Atlantic shore from spacious balcony. Clean.Easy to get into parking lot gate and room. Condo was updated and decorated coastal cozy. There is a large pool that we didn’t use because it was rainy and cool outside. The beach was just a a side walk stroll and down some steps. The mattress was softer than ours. Bathroom vanity needs new doors. Everything else was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even with the rain we experienced. That’s the beach you you. LOL! It was especially nice to be able to communicate so quickly when we had questions. A great place to stay and rental experience!!!

This was our first time in Topsail and had a great experience! It was perfect for our little family and very toddler friendly. We will definitely be back!

We overall had a wonderful stay! Clean condo with great amenities. Only suggestion would be to fix the queen bed in the bedroom. It’s extremely squeaky! Every tiny bit of movement caused a squeak that led to not so great sleep. Other than that issue, our stay was wonderful and we would be back.
