This building is nearly 100 years old — and that's part of why it's special. You may notice vintage hallways, classic building materials, and character that tells a story. Our unit is professionally cleaned and fully prepped before every stay. If anything inside doesn't meet your expectations, reach out and we'll make it right immediately.

PARKING
One vehicle per reservation. Parking is in a dedicated lot directly behind the building. Please submit vehicle details before arrival so your car can be registered. Unregistered vehicles entering the lot will incur charges.
GUEST VERIFICATION
To ensure a safe, secure stay for everyone, guests may be asked to provide a valid government-issued ID, confirm contact information, and complete our verification portal. A background check may apply. All steps and check-in instructions are through our in-house guest portal, specifically built for hospitality.
A mandatory Guest Protection Waiver of $25/night (capped at $150) covers up to $400 in accidental damages — giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.
All verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations may be canceled if requirements are not met. Check-in instructions are provided once verification is complete.
