The space
This listing includes both the upper and lower levels of PINE unCONTAINED. Individual listings for each level are also available.

Please note: the two levels are accessed independently via exterior stairs and do not connect internally. The lower level features a full kitchen complete with stove/range, full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, microwave, and all the essentials for an extended stay.

The living room includes a sofa sleeper, while the bedroom offers a king-size bed for a comfortable night’s rest. The spa-inspired bathroom includes a large freestanding soaking tub and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Outside, the lower level opens to a spacious 40-foot patio with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a BBQ grill — perfect for gathering and relaxing outdoors.

The upper level offers its own private experience with a kitchenette, microwave, hot plate, apartment-size refrigerator/freezer, and a luxurious tiled shower bathroom.

The upper deck features outdoor dining for four, rocking lounge chairs for taking in the sunset, a fire pit, and an additional BBQ grill.

There is space for two vehicles in the adjacent driveway, with additional parking available at the bottom of the hill if needed.

Guest access
Both doors to the upper and lower levels feature smart locks, you will receive the code 24 hours before your arrival. They will be set to the same code

Other things to note
This property includes a seasonal wildlife pond/open water. Children and guests who may have difficulty around water must be supervised at all times.
