The Shoreline

Welcome to Shoreline, our cozy little blue cabin tucked away beside our peaceful 5-acre pond. It’s a great spot for a quiet getaway, with beautiful water views and a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Inside, Shoreline features an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. The sleeping areas are located in lofts, giving the cabin a cozy cabin feel while making the most of the space. There is one ladder used to access the loft sleeping areas, so guests should be comfortable using a ladder to reach the beds. The couch in the living area also pulls out into a bed for additional sleeping space.

The 5-acre pond is shared with guests staying at our other cabins on the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the pond, fishing, walking areas, and kayaks provided for guest use. The kayaks are shared among all cabin guests and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shoreline is a simple, peaceful place to slow down, enjoy the water, and spend some time in the country.

Grill & Firewood Information

A grill is provided at the cabin for guests to enjoy during their stay. Please note that propane is not provided. Guests are welcome to purchase their own propane locally, and occasionally previous guests leave behind a tank for the next guests to use, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Firewood is also not provided. Guests are welcome to bring their own firewood or purchase it locally.

Please note: All of our cabins are located in a rural, country setting and use well water. Each property has a filtration system. The water may occasionally have a slight difference in taste, smell, or appearance compared to city water.

Guest Concerns & Maintenance

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you notice a maintenance issue, cleanliness concern, missing item, or other problem with the property, please report it during your stay, preferably upon arrival or when the issue first occurs.

We can only address issues that are brought to our attention. Reporting a concern during your stay gives us the opportunity to inspect the issue and make reasonable efforts to correct it while you are still at the cabin.

Because we need the opportunity to address concerns during the stay, refund requests for issues that were not reported until after checkout may not be considered. When a concern is reported during the stay, we will make reasonable efforts to address it promptly and determine an appropriate solution.

For maintenance concerns, daytime hours are generally the best time for us to respond and arrange assistance, approximately 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Issues reported outside of these hours will be addressed as soon as reasonably possible.

If an issue significantly affects your stay, please report it before leaving the property. This allows us the opportunity to assess the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
