The pedestrian zone in the town center offers shops, bars, a good selection of restaurants, and pubs with live music. The marina, with its excellent restaurants and cafes overlooking the harbor, is just a short walk away.

Villa Margarita consists of a main house and an annex. The main house has a kitchen with access to the outside and an open-plan living/dining room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, share a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. The third bedroom is located on the first floor of the annex and is accessible via an external staircase. It has two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a sitting area.

The outdoor area offers a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue for al fresco dining. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, the perfect place to sunbathe and relax.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with set and limited usage times.
