Welcome to Casa Sandia - a Peaceful Mountain View Retreat in Rio Rancho! Designed to feel cozy, welcoming and authentically New Mexican. Enjoy morning coffee on the back patio and watch the sunrise over the Sandia Mountain and in the evening watch the Mountain change to it's beautiful Sandia color while the sun is setting. Inside you'll find a bright, comfortable space with modern touches. Located on a .5 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping & dining.

A lovely, comfortable home in a beautiful setting. Far removed from the hustle/bustle of central Albuquerque, Casa Sandia is set in a quiet neighborhood and has a million dollar view of the Sandias. After a busy day of exploring the region, this home was an ideal sanctuary to rest and renew. And Santa Fe is only an hour away…

This place met & exceeded our expectations by being both aesthetically pleasing & incredibly comfortable. Great layout, great decor, great views, great outdoor space & great natural light. Plenty of counter space in bathrooms. Double shower heads in master shower. Host was quick to respond to messages. We will definitely be return guests.

Casa Sandia is a beautiful home! Gorgeous decor! Very comfortable beds! Spacious living areas! Appreciated being able to park in the garage! Loved sitting on the patio in the early mornings, drinking coffee, and admiring the Sandia Mountains! Master bathroom was amazing… clean, spacious, spa-like! Appreciated the well-stocked second bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. Host was very responsive! Would love to rent this home again! Clear instructions for check in & check out! I was born and raised in New Mexico. Once married, we chose to move out of state which we did for about 10 years until we decided we missed New Mexico and needed to come back home. We missed the people, the food, the culture and the weather. We do still love to travel and visit new places but love being able to call NM home again. We enjoy being hosts because we would like to share a comfortable place for others to come and enjoy what NM has to offer. We know what we like in short term rentals we stay at in our travels and we strive to provide that to our guests.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is well established and quiet. All lots in this neighborhood are .5 acre to 1 full acre lots, so provides space between neighbors. The location is an ideal Rio Rancho location and still an easy commute to either Albuquerque or north to Santa Fe.

What makes this property unique

This property sits on .5 acre lot with the most beautiful unobstructed view of the Sandia Mountain. It is newly upgraded throughout. The upgrade was done beautifully with high end finishes by a meticulous attention to detail contractor. Offers a great location in Rio Rancho
