1 Bdrm Condo with Private Deck, Mountain Views, Walk to Town

The snow is here- reserve your winter ski trip for your perfect Breckenridge vacation! This beautifully remodeled condo in Tyra Summit II is conveniently located next to the Four O'clock ski run and above the Snowflake Lift. In the summer, the ski runs open up to miles and miles of hiking or rent a mountain bike (from the outdoor center located just below the condo) and explore the trails available right from the front door. Wildflowers bloom throughout much of the summer to result in a blanket of colors around the condo and the local hiking trails. Ski-in / ski out (see pictures), walk to downtown beautiful Breckenridge only minutes away. Sip coffee from the covered private deck and take in the beautiful mountain views and clean alpine air. Unlike many mega-condo buildings in Breckenridge, this is a quiet condo with only six units in the building. Walk or clip off your skis/ snowboard on the front porch, place them in the ski rack and walk straight in the front door and warm up by the wood stove. No long corridors, waiting for elevators or hiking up stairways to contend with!

This condo provides amazing views of the mountains and features a large, private balcony, lots of windows and a glass-front wood stove for those chilly nights (firewood is supplied). Spacious private off-street parking is included (cars, pickups and SUVs welcome).

We acquired and renovated this condo December 2013 and it features newer/ brand new appliances: flat screen HD TVs, Blu-ray/DVD players, kitchen appliances and the list goes on and on! Even the walls have been textured and new paint throughout. Wireless high-speed internet is included. Well- equipped full sized kitchen with granite tile countertops. Includes range with oven, built-in large microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, crock-pot, coffee pot, toaster blender, mixer and much more!

Private bedroom featuring a king sized bed with luxurious pillow-top mattress with individual firmness controls for comfort. Bedroom also features flat screen HD TV/Blu-Ray/DVD and window with view of Four O'Clock ski run (across street).

Breckenridge has ample opportunities to enjoy the mountains- sightseeing, mountain biking, hiking, boating and the list goes on and on! Animals are abundant- we have a fox that lives nearby and he visits the condo regularly. Other wildlife in the area are deer, elk, moose, hummingbirds and various song birds. If you happen to come at the right time of the year, you can also enjoy our various species of wildflowers.

Why John and Angela Summers chose Northwest

We fell in love with this property due to the amazing views, the wildlife, the close proximity to downtown, the large covered private balcony (which is somewhat rare in Breckenridge) and the windows on three sides. The windows create a very bright, airy feel to the unit and there are great views. The location can't be beat- it resides on a dead-end street so traffic is minimal and the neighborhood is very quiet. Plus unlike most of the large complexes in Breckenridge, this one only has six units in the entire building! We like that the parking lot is only a short distance from the front door- no stairwells, long corridors or crowds to contend with.

Perfect condo to celebrate 30 years.

The owner learned this was our first time in Breckenridge and went above and beyond with emails suggestions on things to do and see. We did almost every one and had a blast. We were there during the off season but still kept busy.

The condo was spotless and had everything we needed especially since we flew in from out of state. We woke up early each day and ate breakfast in the condo and then headed out for adventures. We returned to the condo in the evening in time to walk to dinner. We found plenty of good food within an easy walk.

The price we paid for this condo was very reasonable and I felt like I got a great deal.

Lovely. Updated kitchen and bath. Beautiful view of the mountains.

I can't think of anything that was missing or sub-par about this, my very first VRBO experience. The washer-dryer was a plus for my lengthy stay. When I cooked, every possible utensil was at my fingertips. For example, you can choose between a KitchenAid thermal coffee maker and a Keurig for individual cup brews. Comfy king bed. Even though it was a bit chilly, I ate breakfast every day on the large balcony which had a glorious view of the ski slopes and Breckenridge Valley. Steps away, ski trails became summer hiking trails; perhaps 100 yards downhill is the Snowflake Trail which leads to a pretty reservoir. In wintertime, this condo should be ideal for skiers. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this property. ENJOY!

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was great. We walked into town daily and the amenities were so nice. The kitchen had everything you needed and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely come again. The owners were easy to work with too.

Excellent Place for R&R

My husband and I had a magnificent time in this condo. A nice walking trail is literally across the street, the community hot tub is down the hill and was a nice way to relax after a day of hiking. Plenty of wildlife in the area as well as being within walking distance of the downtown area. The condo itself was immaculately clean (and I am a self professed clean freak). The linens and bed were uber comfortable. The decks on either side of the condo are a lovely way to see the neighborhood/nature. I would highly recommend staying here for the location and the amenities. I will give a shout out to the Blue Stag Saloon--excellent venison sausage!

Comfortable property near everything

We booked this property fairly last minute for the beginning of July, and I, therefore, didn't have the normal amount of research time I prefer. However, this condo fit the bill perfectly. We were super close to main street Breckenridge. There was a beautiful mountain trail nearby. My 12 year old got to interact with 1 of the local foxes and hasn't stopped talking about it, naturally. It was so pleasant sleeping with the windows open for us Texas residents. John and Angela have thought of everything a renter could need and were so kind and quick to answer all my questions and desire for local recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.
