The rare cabin where every generation has something to do at the same time.

Kids on the court while parents are in the hot tub. Grandparents on the putt-putt. Teens at the arcade. Nobody fighting over the one good chair.

THE COVERED PATIO is our favorite spot: stone fireplace with a TV above it, sectional for six, dining for four, and the grill right there — so whoever is cooking still sees the game and watches the kids. From that couch you can see the sport court, playground and fire pit.

POOL HEATING — an optional add-on, available year round on request. $200 for your first three nights, then $40 each night after. We warm the pool to about 85F and ask for 24 hours' notice so it has time to come up to temperature; once it is on, it stays on for the rest of your stay.

WE PROVIDE — full cookware and dishes , coffee, spices, towels, all linens, starter firewood and a s'mores kit, board games, paddles, basketballs, putters, washer/dryer and detergent. For little ones: pack-n-play, baby gate, kid dishes, kid games. Bring your own toothbrush and deodorant.

CHECK-IN 4 PM / CHECK-OUT 11 AM. Keyless entry; code arrives 48 hours ahead.

SAFETY — no glass near the water, children supervised at all times, undo the 2 hot tub cover straps before lifting.

PETS — two dogs, 50 lb max each, $100 per dog per stay. Just add them when you book; no separate approval needed.

CAMERAS — exterior only. None indoors, in bedrooms, bathrooms, or at the pool or hot tub. No audio.

SLEEPS 16 across five bedrooms — four king suites and a bunk room. One price for the whole group; no per-person charges. Events — Gatherings beyond your booked party need written approval. Music off by 11 PM per county ordinance.

WE HOST hands-off but responsive, 8 AM to 8 PM Central.
