Guests have full, private and exclusive access to the patio, sauna, cold plunge tub (available seasonally due to winter water shut-off) and the large, fenced back yard.

An addition between the house and garage and the garage itself are not accessible to guests. A barn at the back of the property is also not accessible for guests.

The centerpiece of the 60's-hip living room is a stunning black tile fireplace with 65” Samsung smart TV and Soundbar mounted above it. Pets
* Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance.
* Maximum 3 pets.
* Pets must be house-trained and not left unattended unless crated.
* Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.

Before departure
* Load dishes in dishwasher..
* Remove trash and recycling and place in designated carts by garage (gray = trash, blue = recycling).
* Place used towels in bathtub.
