Property was even better than photos. Delightfully surprised. Located close to TransCanada so getting around is easy. Had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

This property is quiet and close to the transit system. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so quite being close to a freeway. Howie was available for any questions we had about sight seeing and even had maps we could use to help us navigate some of the touristy areas. The place was clean and was a great place to stay! He’s a really great host!

The property was perfect for our needs. Centrally located, allowing us to get around to the areas we wished to explore, and a solid, quiet nights sleep! A great sized unit for 2, with a full kitchen, in a very safe area. The host, Howie was great as well.

Beautiful suite. Walking distance to grocery, bakery, coffee shop, etc. Quick Uber trip to the local shopping mall or a variety of restaurants. Host was friendly and quick to respond when messaged. The price was perfect for our budget and the property exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Howie was a wonderful host! The place was amazing, absolutely beautiful and fully equipped, it felt like we were at home! The kitchen especially was beautiful and stocked with any equipment we could need, and we were able to make dinner with what we bought from Granville Island. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and Howie was so friendly, helpful, and happy to answer questions about getting around and things to do. We ended up going to Lynn Canyon and Cleveland Dam on his recommendations and they were some of our favorite parts of the trip.Location has super convenient access to public transit and easy to drive around from. Would definitely book this stay every time!

A great stay with quick access to Stanley Park, Ambleside Park, and a short drive to Horseshoe Bay Village. Oh, and a strip mall with groceries, fast food and restaurants and high speed EV chargers just across the highway.

Very clean modern and remodeled space. Location was close to everything... Safeway, Grouse mountain, a suspension bridge, Vancouver downtown, Stanley park, Kitsilano,gastown and Grandville island. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Book early because it's rarely empty.

This was a perfect rental! The only thing to be aware of were the steps to get to the basement suite. But the apartment was so clean, modern, had every amenity needed, cozy with the best mattresses! Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely spectacular! Howie was so personable and friendly and took the time to show us around the beautiful suite. It’s even better in person than photos. He is a super host and everything is as advertised. It’s super quiet. Beautiful back yard chairs looking off into the forest. Everything is close by- groceries, restaurants. Very upscale neighbourhood. Hidden gem! Clean, modern, very tastefully decorated, quiet and roomy. Has everything you need. He gave us the driveway for our car and he parked on the street. Now that’s incredibly considerate. Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Howie!!

Howie is a very friendly host, and the unit was very well kept deserving the nickname "5 star" unit. I will definitely look for this place for my next trip. The location was ideal, close to the freeway, but in a very quiet, sound proofed neighborhood, and only a few minutes to Lonsdale Ave. A shopping mall is only a walking distance away.

Everything was top class. Our host Howie was very receptive to our needs though the place was so well equipped that they were minimal. It is a basement unit so natural lighting is poor but it was very well compensated by excellent interior lighting. Would definitely stay again
