This place was really nice and clean.It accomidated 4 adults and 2 children perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the dock. Having the big tiki hut was a major bonus

Wonderful

We stayed for 3 weeks. Everything was great, We did lots of fishing off the dock and caught all types of fish. Dolphins came in one morning, which was cool to see. Kitchen has everything you need (maybe directions for the stove). Used the pool every day & hot tub was great. Manager was available, if needed (we didnt) Easy entry, and the house was clean. It was a wonderful Vacation.

Family vacay

We had the BEST time here!! I would give this house a 10 ⭐️ 🎉. From booking to checkin…everything was wonderful. Well equipped with all the amenities you need. The outdoor bar and fridge was great and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Plenty of space with two full living rooms. The dock was out of this world. Fishing and relaxing 😎. I do recommend bug spray or bug incense sticks or candles. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever been to!!

Cape Coral Stay

We booked the villa online and it was all very last minute. We booked Tuesday 19th July, travelled Thursday 21st July. Considering the very short time frame the booking was done very efficiently indeed. The villa was superb and was in a great location. The big plus for us was there was a direct contact with the villa manager who came to see us personally the next day after arrival. He went through the villa, local restaurants things to do etc. We found this extremely valuable as we hit the ground running. The guys name was Harold and he couldn't do enough for us. We would defiantly use this villa and company again.
