The accommodations were described perfectly. The location is convenient for trips to both Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach. Very clean and well stocked.

We stayed here while receiving care at Mayo Clinic and it was a great choice. The home was clean, comfortable, and very convenient to the clinic. It was nice to have a quiet space to relax after long days. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The property was very close to three important things: Mayo Clinic as we had a program there to attend, the beach, and St. John's Town Center which we love for shopping and dining. The gym was great, and the pool looked amazing although we did not have time to enjoy that. Nicole responded quickly to all my questions, an provided a couple items we requested within an hour. I would highly recommend. In fact we are going back there tomorrow! :)

Property as pictured. It was in a very nice area convenient to the Mayo Clinic, sprouts Walmart and other restaurants. I had a slight issue with the commode during my stay which was addressed immediately. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I wish they had was a blender as I make smoothies for breakfast. But it was otherwise well appointed and had everything we needed. They had dishwasher pods, Dawn, laundry detergent and bounce which I truly appreciated. The upstairs person was fairly noisy. But, I would definitely stay here again. Book the property you’ll be glad you did!

Everything was great. It was an extremely clean condo. We loved the layout and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. There was plenty of soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and trash bags. There was a problem with the television in the extra bedroom, and I was able to reach the host right away. She tried to talk us through fixing the tv but when it didn't work, she came over and replaced the television within an hour of calling her. She was extremely nice, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this condo. The only problem I had was when we first arrived, we were not sure if we were at the right place. We didn't see the complex name that's in the information and you had to push something besides the numbers to get the gate to open like # or something. Those were fairly easy to figure out and were minor issues. We appreciate the opportunity to stay here and enjoyed the pool that was very close to our 1st floor condo. We never heard neighbors above us or any noise. We highly recommend this place.

Cute apartment off beach Boulevard in small complex. We had to reach out to the host for information about how to find the apartment. Once inside gate turn left. Building two is right there. You can park halfway down if there’s a spot and that’s more convenient to unload or you can park at the end of the building and walk down the long hallway. It is on the first floor. AC was great beds were comfortable. We found the pillows to be very hard. I felt the unit could use a good scrub of the floors, the walls and in the shower. Loved the island for playing cards. Not a lot of living room siting space as it will fit three people on the small couch. A nice wraparound couch would be great. The master toilet clogged often, but there is a plunger. The upstairs neighbors are awful. One of the nights the kids were running around until 3 o’clock in the morning. The second night until midnight. If you’re a light sleeper, This would not be the place for you. Some throw blankets for the couch or for the beds would be nice because the AC even set on 72 gets very cold. We enjoyed the pool. Which is conveniently right across the street. We would stay again.
