Welcome to a clean, comfortable and private home designed for families, business travelers, military visitors, and anyone looking for a peaceful stay in San Antonio.

Guests will enjoy the main house (UNIT 1) to themselves except the garage/owner’s suite. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs in every bedroom and living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated coffee & snack station to help you feel at home the moment you arrive.

The home is all yours during your stay 😊
There is a locked owner’s suite located within the home that may be occupied occasionally. This space is not accessible to guests and is completely private. There are no shared living areas, and your stay will remain private, comfortable and uninterrupted.

The living area is perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the backyard offers a cozy space to unwind in the evenings.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and essentials for preparing meals. Fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and starter supplies are provided for your convenience.

Hi! My name is Raheem and I'm active-duty U.S. Air Force personnel. I'm also a civil engineer by profession. I take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared home because attention to detail is a big part of both my career and my hosting style.

I created this space to feel like a true home away from home- not just a rental. I personally set up the coffee station, welcome snacks, games, and backyard lighting so guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

I'm always available through the app if you need anything during your visit, but I also respect your privacy and want you to feel completely comfortable. My goal is simple: a smooth check -in, a clean home, and a stay you would happily book again.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers a peaceful and safe environment while still being conveniently located to everything in San Antonio. It's a quiet residential area where families and travelers can relax after a day exploring the city.

You're a short drive to shopping, grocery stores, military bases and restaurants, and also within easy reach of major attractions like downtown, The River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and SeaWorld.

One of the best parts is the calm atmosphere - guests often appreciate being able to come back from a busy day of sightseeing to a clean, comfortable, and quiet home.

What makes our home unique is that it's not setup like a typical investment rental - it's prepared the way we would want a place to feel when we travel. Every room has a smart tv, there's a dedicated coffee and snack station, board games, video games for families, and a comfortable backyard with evening lighting for relaxing after a day out.

The house is fully carpeted, which makes it especially comfortable for families with kids, and we provide a shoe tray at the entrance to help keep everything clean and cozy. We also focus heavily on cleanliness and preparation - the home is carefully checked before each arrival so guests walk into a fresh, ready space.

Because I live on site and personally manage the home, guests receive quick communication and help if needed, while still enjoying privacy during their stay. The goal is a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay where you can truly settle in rather than feel like you're in a hotel or party house.
