You’ll receive unique access codes for both the building and the apartment at 2 PM on your arrival day.

The room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests. If you have more guests coming over; feel free to contact us to arrange another room!



★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! Pets are allowed for $20 per pet, per night—so you and your best friend can enjoy your stay together.



★Visitor Policy★

Visitors are welcome, but the total number of people in the apartment must not exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy. Overnight stays are only permitted for registered guests.

Or check out Piedmont Park to see where your favorite Marvel scenes were filmed. Hungry? The Varsity offers tasty food and is a great place to watch a Georgia Tech football game. Other Things to Note:

★ SECURITY DEPOSIT ★

At the Host's discretion, a security deposit may be required on the Check-In Date. Where applicable, such a deposit is for security purposes and shall be refunded within 7 days of the Check-out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:



✔ Damage to the Rental Unit or contents thereof

✔ Debris or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or

✔ Any other cost incurred as a result of the Guest's Stay

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the balcony! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
