The Space:

Handlebar Hideout is designed for comfort, convenience, and easy connection after a full day outdoors.

Step inside to an inviting living area—perfect for relaxing after the trails or settling in for the evening. The open layout flows into the dining area and fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook, gather, and spend time together. A washer and dryer are also available, ideal for longer stays or post-ride cleanup.



The home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, thoughtfully arranged for families or groups:

- Primary Suite: King bed with private en-suite bathroom

- Second Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed

- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds—great for kids or additional guests

- Second Bathroom: Full bath conveniently located for shared use



Outdoor Living & Rider Setup

The outdoor space is a highlight of the home:

- Covered back deck with outdoor TV—perfect for watching games or movies on a cool evening

- Weber gas grill for easy outdoor cooking also on back deck

- Spacious backyard backing to a large wooded area for privacy and a peaceful, natural setting

- Covered, built-in bike storage under the deck (BYO lock)

- Bike wash station to keep gear clean after the trails

- Repair stand for quick maintenance and tuning (BYO tools)

Handlebar Hideout is also pet-friendly so your four-legged family member is welcome to join the adventure.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code prior to arrival for easy, contactless entry.



You’ll have full access to the home, including the carport, parking area, and dedicated bike storage and maintenance area.

Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood in Bella Vista, this home offers a peaceful setting with exceptional access to outdoor adventure. Trail access is just 1.5 blocks away, connecting you quickly to the OZ Trails system and Little Sugar network—making it easy to ride straight from the house.

- Razorback Greenway for biking, jogging, walking: 5 minutes

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area, although trail access is just 1.5 blocks from the home for easy riding. Enjoy exploring the broader area by making a day trip to Eureka Springs, Fayetteville, Branson, Buffalo River

The property includes a covered carport and additional parking pad for multiple vehicles. Bella Vista’s trails, lakes, and recreation areas are spread throughout, making it easy to explore by car or bike.

Downtown Bentonville's exciting events, restaurants, breweries, shopping and other essentials are all just a short, 15 minute drive away. Other great spots to visit include Crystal Bridges, Amazeum (Interactive Children's Museum), the Momentary (art and concert venue).



Other Things to Note:

-Absolutely no parties.

-Must be 25 years of age to book.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-Pet-friendly: $65 fee for stay for 1 well behaved, house trained dog under 45 pounds.
