This property was perfect. It was close to everything - downtown, Broad Ripple, Butler University . . . The house was absolutely spotless and so comfortable. Check-in was a breeze. The owner was available via email throughout our stay. I needed to add a night to our visit, and the owner couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating to us. I won't stay anywhere else when I travel to Indianapolis!

Colorful, spotless, beautifully decorated and appointed with upscale furnishings for a weekend stay or longer, Lisa thought of everything in creating this sweet and comfortable little bungalow. We needed an escape from our own house renovation and were so happy to make this spot our home for nearly six weeks. Her thoughtful touches for typical needs of life made it easy. Surrounded by birdsong and trees, it's centrally located near Broad Ripple Village and Nora and a quick walk to the Marott Woods Nature Preserve. Thank you, Lisa!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is really charming, inside and out! Lisa was a wonderful host...very responsive to my questions & needs. The bed was comfortable, the TVs were fantastic and I loved all the small touches such as robes/slippers, snacks, bathroom toiletries, etc. Just so, so welcoming and nice! The cleanliness was top notch as well. And the morning that I had to pack up and go home, I loved seeing the wildlife: a big brown/gray squirrel, a chipmunk and I heard a woodpecker :-)...I definitely hope to stay here again in the future! P.S. Lisa's next door neighbor (on the right as facing the house) was also very nice and friendly.

My friend and I stayed at this lovely, cozy cottage while supporting our daughters’ club lacrosse team, and it was the perfect home away from home. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with charming vintage décor that gave it so much character. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly appreciated the care and attention that went into making the home so welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming getaway.
