The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Dramalj. The holiday flat is situated on a 300 sqm enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord only resides occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (wood/coal). Internet access (Wi-Fi) and iron. Television reception via satellite.

allowed, EUR 6.00/pet per day. up to 20 kg

Railway line 30 km. Main road 100 m. Children's playground 150 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 250 m in Drmalj (beach 300 m in Drmalj with pebbles, stones, rocks and sunbathing platforms). Drmalj: dog beach 1000 m, fishing, boat rental, boat dock each 500 m. Tennis, mini golf, water sports each 800 m.

Kitchen in the living/bedroom with TV, dining area, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
