Bonito, luminoso e independiente apartamento en primera línea de mar con gimnasio (rompecabezas, suelo elástico, parque infantil) y pequeña terraza (para barbacoa) en primera línea de mar (a 50 metros de la playa) en el corazón del pueblo pesquero de Son Serra de Marina , Mallorca.
Este lugar es perfecto para familias con niños o para amigos y parejas amantes del ejercicio, la meditación, aventureros de montaña (se puede contratar un guía), surfistas, nadadores, ciclistas, senderistas y todos los amantes de la calidad de vida. Son Serra de Marina es un lugar verdaderamente precioso, situado en la Bahía de Alcudia, en el norte de Mallorca, entre las localidades de Can Picafort y Arta. Hay quien dice que es el lugar más bonito de Mallorca por la naturaleza virgen, la flora única y porque no hay hotel ni playa comercial hasta donde alcanza la vista.

Se alquilan tablas de paddle surf y bicicletas. Establos de equitación cerca. A poca distancia de supermercados, bar/cafetería, farmacia, varios excelentes restaurantes en la playa.

Super Son Serra

Great property in a lovely undeveloped area of Mallorca. Not touristy, quiet residential type area. Not too far from Arta and some beautiful coves if you are prepared to put the effort in to explore. Great base to explore Mallorca from. House was very clean and spacious. Host Ioannis very welcoming and helpful.

Beautiful, peaceful holiday apartment in the second row with sea views. Waking up to birdsong and the sound of the waves was just perfect! The host is incredibly kind, helpful and always happy to share great local tips. The apartment is clean, cosy and spacious enough for 4–5 people. A car is essential, but you’ll enjoy total peace and quiet away from the crowds. Nearby, the natural beach of Son Serra offers crystal-clear water, and it’s the perfect base to explore the best beaches around: Playa de Muro, Cala Agulla, Calla Formentor, Cala Serch combined with the impressive Coves d’Artà. Highly recommended! We will come back!

Beautiful place, great host, lovely townhouse

I remember the first time I visited Son Serra De Marina. The rural nature, the clear blue sea and the impressive mountain views captured my heart. Not a single hotel in sight, and the virgin beaches that stretch for kilometres. This is what i call Paradise. Since then i have been back every year. Last time l stayed at the beautiful townhouse "Son Serra De Marina" by the sea. It was bright, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I particulary liked the comfortable beds and the spacious, clean bathrooms. I enjoyed spending time on the balcony, taking in the wonderful views of the sea and mountains. I really appreciated that there were no hotels in sight. I had a great time. Will definitely come again, and highly recommend to anyone who has a chance to visit this wonderful place!

Romantic, relaxing week in Son Serra De Marina

My boyfriend and I spent Valentine’s day at Son Serra De Marina and then we stayed for a week’s vacation. We were both very tired from a long winter of hard work and we chose this place to relax. It is a very romantic and private place, free from the “big crowds” of tourists or noisy hotels. The townhouse is situated in the village of Son Serra De Marina, first line of the sea. The views are amazing and the sea is practically just outside the door. The place was very clean and we loved the bedrooms with big, cosy, comfortable beds and stunning views. The bathrooms were luxurious and clean. One night I got sick and we called the host to ask for advice and where to find a pharmacy. They were very friendly and helpful and we got instant help. I recovered quickly and we enjoyed several romantic dinners at the balcony, watching the sunset. Some evenings we walked to the nearby beach bar/restaurant El Sol and enjoyed a delicious meal. They had live music and as the evening went by, people started to dance. The atmosphere was really nice and chill. We really recommend this place and we have already booked a trip and are coming back in September!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer schönen Wohnung, der Vermieter immer hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle bei Fragen, alles top!Allerdings darf man kein Toilettenpapier abspülen und muss dieses in einem Eimer sammeln, ist ja manchmal so im Süden. Da das manche Menschen stört finde ich es zumindest erwähnenswert. Lage sehr nah am Strand, einige Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Für Unter Ehrungen benötigt man definitiv ein Auto.

Eher eine Wohnung, keine erste Linie zum Meer, second line

Son Serra de Marina ist toll für Menschen, die Erholung suchen, wir waren da genau richtig. Die Wohnung war enttäuschend, keine Bilder an der Wand, die Betten durchgelegen, Küche war nicht geeignet zum Kochen, da nicht genügend Equipment. Kaffeemaschine ist ein No go, Toaster auch. Aber besonders enttäuscht waren wir über den super kleinen Balkon mit sehr seitlichen Meerblick, da wir dachten , dass die Wohnung am Meer ist.Es hat auch in der Wohnung sehr gemuffelt.Mit dem Wasser gab es auch Probleme, mal zu heiß , mal kalt, aber es wurde schnell behoben.Die Couch war ein Bett , deshalb sollte es das dritte Schlafzimmer sein, aber es ist dann eben in der Küche , dass die dritte oder 4. Person dort schlafen kann.Die Eingangstuere ist nicht einbruchssicher, da kein Safe da ist , muss man alle Wertsachen immer mit sich nehmen. Es gab Probleme, wenn neue Handtuecher gebraucht wurden , es gab ja keine Waschmaschine und im Oktober trockneten die Handtücher nicht und deshalb hätten wir uns gewünscht alle 3 Tage neue Handtücher zu bekommen.War aber nicht möglich mit der Argumentation, dass das kein Hotel sei.Duschvorhang klebt an einem, wenn man duscht.In der Badewanne ist kein Stöpsel.Meditationsraum ist ein Novo, ist eine Garage!Es gibt nur ein Schlüssel, für mehrere Personen sehr ungeeignet.

You are the most ungrateful customer that has ever passed by the house. You left the house as dirty as all the garbage, the toilets were full of dirt and you drank all day and the neighbors could hear the voices and laughter of drunk people, (with your girlfriend) the neighbors also made a remark to me, but I didn't say anything to you so as not to offend you. You kept asking me for towels and I gave them to you (we have a laundry service). The house is for 5 people, you lie. I fixed the water temperature the same day you arrived. Everything else you say is mean. I just gave you 5 stars because I wanted to be nice to you but I made a mistake and I'm correcting it now. You're telling unbelievable lies, shame on you.

Wunderschöner Ort zum Verweilen

Einfach genial! Das Dörfchen hat ca 4 Restaurants und super schöne Strände. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Das Inserat stimmt genau so wie es ist und der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen :)

Great vacation in Son Serra De Marina

My wife and I stayed for two weeks in Son Serra De Marina Vacation Rental’s townhouse last year in October. We had never been to Mallorca before and we picked this place because it seemed to be unspoiled and genuine. It truly was! The beaches were amazing, no sun chairs or big crowds! Not a single hotel. Very safe area and easy accessible by car. The property had great views of the sea and the Arta mountains to the east and Sierra Tramuntana mountains to the west. There was plenty of hiking trails with signs showing the way and the distance. The property itself was a charming, elegant Mallorca townhouse, clean, spacious and bright, tastefully decorated and well equipped. It had nice furnished balconies were one could enjoy dinner at sunset or a glass of wine while watching the amazing views. Some nights we didn’t want to cook and we walked to some really nice beach restaurants nearby. We are so happy we discovered this unique part of the island and will definitely be back soon!

Wonderful stay in Son Serra De Marina

Me and my family had the great opportunity to stay in the Son Serra De Marina Vacation Rental's townhouse by the sea for one week in September last year. I had never been to Son Serra De Marina before and I chose this location because it seemed to be quiet, close to the nature and the sea. I was pleasantly surprised both by the location and the property. The elegant Mallorcan townhouse was situated in the picturesque village Son Serra De Marina, just by the sea. You could literally hear the sound of the waves from the residence. The nearest beach was "next door". The huge, unspoiled beach Sa Canova and the amazing nature reserve was only a few minutes walk from the property. The accommodation was in good condition, reformed, new kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, overall spacious and bright. It had all the equipment that we needed. Once I asked for some advice about excursions and I got great information from the host. They also lent out inflatable beach toys for free to our children. We felt very welcome and well cared for. We would definitely like to come back to this precious place!
