Welcome to The Ledges! The Ledges is the most popular complex at the Lake of the Ozarks due to the views, 2 pools, beach and being centrally located to everything the lake has to offer!

There is something for everyone here at the Lake, whether you are looking for a family friendly vacation, romantic getaway, outdoor adventure, shopping trip, or a round of golf. This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly updated condo that sleeps 7. Located in the popular, family friendly complex of The Ledges Condominiums

The Ledges Condominiums, one of the most popular locations at the lake, is situated right on the MAIN channel at the 21-mile marker. Besides its magnificent view, this complex offers the following amenities:

• Two lakeview pools, one lakefront and one up on the hill, both with spectacular views.
• Sandy beach with lake access for swimming
• Playground
• Fishing/swimming from the docks

By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. If you need a night off from cooking, it is located a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants, such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, and for breakfast you must try The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt putt golf, and go carting can be found only a few miles away.

The Open Main Living area, you'll appreciate the comfortable furnishings, Flat screen TV, and plenty of seating while overlooking the views of the lake. Our deck is shaded in the afternoon, so enjoy our outdoor living area situated on the water's edge. The Deck furnishing include bar-height seating, high-top table, and has an overhead roof so you can enjoy the patio even if its raining. While enjoying the views on the patio, we also provide a nice Electric grill for your use.

We also have high speed wifi and a nice desk for those who have to work.

You don't even have to leave bed for a speculator view of water and boats. This Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling van, and a Stunning Lake view!

The second bedroom features a Queen bed and Twin Bed (Sleeps 3), with a ceiling fan. There is a shared "common" bath just outside the door.


To make your stay more enjoyable we give you the convenience of traveling light. We supply linens, bath towels, 2 paper towel rolls, 10 garbage bags, 4 rolls of toilet paper, and soaps (such as shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and laundry detergent). We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your extended stays.

Boaters: We have 30-40' slips available upon request

Golfers: All the golf courses are just a short drive from the Ledges Complex.

No boat launch at this location.
No trailer parking available at this location from May to September

*Parking passes required during May-Sept (inside of unit when you arrive)- If they are lost or taken on departure the cost is $100 each pass
*No trailer parking during May 15-Sept 10 - Trailer permit required when trailer parking is permitted
*No Events or Parties including bachelorette/bachelor.
*NO smoking/pets.
*Check-in time: 4pm
*Check-out: 11 am.
*Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Sorry, no exceptions.
*List of complex rules provided after booking. Guest responsible for any fines issued to them due to their negligence
*Excessive mess after departure could result in additional cleaning fees.
*Guest responsible for any damages they cause
*Quiet hours: 11pm-7am
*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
