Nordhaven is a luxury, single-level retreat designed to offer both togetherness and privacy—ideal for families or small groups seeking comfort and calm in the heart of Eastsound.

The home features a beautiful open-concept main living area filled with natural light, radiant heated floors, and a cozy gas fireplace. This space flows seamlessly into the dining area and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and everything needed for elevated home cooking.

In addition to the main living space, Nordhaven offers a separate, enclosed media room—perfect for movie nights, gaming, or accommodating additional guests. This room includes a large big-screen TV with built-in Xbox/Amazon Luna games and flexible sleeping options, including a Murphy bed and a queen pull-out sofa. The enclosed layout allows guests to relax or sleep separately from the main living area.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the home. Guests can enjoy a private hot tub, firepit, BBQ, Kayaks, beach accessories, and outdoor dining area, along with a large sunny fenced backyard and a shaded front yard. The property also includes access to a private community beach and pickleball courts, just a short walk away.

With no stairs anywhere in the home, two ensuite bedrooms, an additional half bath, garage and driveway parking, and walkable access to town for active guests, Nordhaven offers a refined and relaxing Eastsound getaway in a quiet, family-focused neighborhood.

My husband and I planned a special trip to Orcas to celebrate our 47th anniversary but unfortunately the home we originally booked flooded and at the last minute we had to find an alternative. From the very first contact, Kristin was warm, friendly and accommodating. We were greeted with flowers, chocolate and a gift card to the local bakery. The home was warm and welcoming. Kristin has thought of everything from first aid kits, to flashlights, night lights, bedside phone chargers, noise machines, games, cards, books, even a blue tooth speaker. The media room is perfect for gaming or watching tv. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. The living room is warm and cozy with the gas fireplace and big, cozy recliners. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a special treat. We used the jacuzzi every night. Kristin is the best host. She was very responsive. Kristin encouraged feedback on anything that would make our stay more comfortable. Perfect place for two couples or a family. Can’t wait to return to this home away from home.
