The cozy vacation villa “Beatrice” is situated on the outskirts of the popular seaside resort of Playa Blanca, a short drive from the glistening sea. The 100 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning (in all rooms) as well as a baby cot and a highchair (both on request).

The sunny private outdoor area boasts a large open terrace with a Balinese bed, a heated pool (up to 28 degrees) with a waterfall, deck chairs, a dinner area and a stone barbecue.

Within 17 minutes (1.4 km) on foot, you can reach supermarkets, numerous cafés and restaurants, which are located along the promenades and the marina. The nearest sandy beach, Playa Blanca, can be reached after a 5-minute drive (3.4 km) to the centre of the resort, while the beautiful Playa Mujeres beach is an 18-minute drive (10 km) from the property. Furthermore, the international airport of Lanzarote lies a 30-minute drive (35 km) from Playa Blanca.

Entspannter Urlaub mit viel Sonne und Freude im Pool

Pros: Der Pool war unser absolutes Highlight. Sowohl die Kinder, als auch wir genossen jeden einzelnen Tag dort. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was wir als Familie benötigen. Eine Erstausstattung an Tabs, Küchenrolle etc. war vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind schick eingerichtet und verfügen über bequeme Betten. Walk-In-Shower und Außendusche am Pool waren ebenfalls super. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, den wir sofort wieder buchen würden. Mit unseren Kindern (6 und 3) konnten wir dort eine entspannte Zeit verbringen. Cons: Im Haus gab es Ameisen. Anfangs fühlten wir uns in dem Wohngebiet unwohl. Drum herum gab es wenig zu Fuß zu erkunden. Nach einigen Tagen hatten wir uns gut eingelebt.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub

Das Haus war sogar besser als gedacht. Alles hat gepasst und war sehr einfach. Von Anreise zu Aufenthalt und Abreise alles gut gelaufen. Sehr sauber. Alles was man brauchte war da. Strand super nah. Abends konnte man auch gemütlich auf der Terrasse den Abend ausklingen lassen, auch mit etwas Musik. War alles sehr entspannt. Bis auf das WLAN war alles ohne Probleme. Mein Sohn wollte gar nicht mehr weg. Gerne gerne wieder!

Gutes Haus für Langzeiturlaub

Pros: Das Haus war sehr ordentlich, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat einen sehr schönen Pool. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf immer für uns da. Cons: Die Terrasse hat leider nachmittags keine Sonne.

Buenas vacaciones

Todo como en las fotos, la piscina sensacional (a pesar de ser verano pedimos aumentar la temperatura y el propietario lo hizo de inmediato), camas cómodas, TV con canales internacionales, en cocina hay lo necesario pero se agradecería más unidades de vajilla y utensilios. La única desventaja es la ubicación que a pesar de estar cerca al núcleo urbano (3km), es un área todavía en desarrollo (dentro de la urbanización esto no se nota).

Formidable

La piscine est super bien et est chauffée. La maison est très agréable parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Le quartier est cependant un peu loin des magasins ou du centre de Playa Blanca. Il faut avoir une voiture. Merci beaucoup.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The pool! Cons: The Calima winds. Sand blown from the Sahara meant that we couldn't see the wonderful views, and played havoc with the tv channels. It is normally gone by early Jan, but was there longer this time.
