The Golden Palm is in a really great part of The Villages, close to the recreation centers, golf courses, good restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. You’re never far from where you need to be.
The house itself just feels easy and comfortable. The living area is open and welcoming, with soft couches you can actually sink into and a flat-screen TV with Netflix for quiet nights in. The kitchen is fully stocked if you feel like cooking, and there’s a six-seater dining table perfect for meals or game nights.
The bedrooms are simple, cozy, and set up for a good night’s sleep. The master has a king bed, its own bathroom, and a smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small workspace if you need to catch up on anything. The third bedroom has a comfortable double bed, great for kids or extra guests.

Please note that commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking onsite overnight.
You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Other things to note:
Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.
While we don’t live on-site, we’re always just a message or call away! Our friendly, responsive team is available 24/7 via Airbnb messaging or phone to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.
