Welcome to your home away from home—designed for comfort, connection, and convenience.
The Villages is an adult community for 55 yrs and over, but families/children are welcome and encouraged to visit for a limited period of time. 

The main living area features an open-concept layout that connects the dining space and kitchen. Relax on a plush sofa or in the Lazy Boy recliner while watching TV. This space also includes a ceiling fan, center table, and lamp.

The second living room, connected to the sunroom, offers a quiet retreat with plush sofas, an additional TV, ceiling fan, reading lamp, and a selection of books, board games, and playing cards.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a kettle. A kitchen island with two bar stools provides additional seating and a convenient space for casual meals or conversation.

The dining area seats up to six guests—ideal for meals, game nights, or remote work.


Master Bedroom
Features a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser with mirror, nightstand, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2
Features a Queen-size bed, a desk and chair, dresser with mirror, storage bench, nightstand with lamp, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3
A comfortable room with Twin-size bed, a dresser, nightstand, a comfortable chair, bedside lamp, closet, and ceiling fan.

Master Bathroom (Ensuite to Master Bedroom)
Includes a stand-up shower, toilet bowl, vanity with mirror, walk-in closet, and hair dryer.

Enjoy complimentary access to our washer and dryer in the garage. Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

Guest are required to register to gain access to property, gate and pool.

Please note: To enjoy the array of amenities offered at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants access to facilities such as swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and various recreational activities and classes.


Each rental allows for two individuals to apply for Rental ID cards (also known as Temporary Resident IDs). Additional guests must accompany the cardholder to any Regional Recreation Center. The cardholder will present their Rental ID Pass, and guests will be required to complete a form providing their address, birthdate, home address, and dates of stay. There is no charge for Guest ID Cards.

Once obtained, these passes grant access to all activities within The Villages. Please note that while access to the 18-hole Championship golf courses incurs a fee per round, the numerous 9-hole Executive courses require a small trail fee ranging from $4 to $8.

Duration of Temporary Residents and Guest IDs

Temporary Residents IDs issued for rental properties at The Villages do not have a specified expiration date; they remain valid for the duration of your stay at the rental property. On the other hand, Guest IDs must be renewed every 30 days at no additional cost.

Private Pools

In addition to the extensive range of free pools available in The Villages, including Adult, Family, and Sports pools, there are a select few private Country Club Pools that require an additional fee for access. The fee varies depending on the length of your stay, so we advise inquiring directly for specific pricing details.

Fitness Options at The Villages

In addition to its array of amenities, The Villages offers approximately four indoor gyms for use on a pay-as-you-go basis or with a monthly pass. Rates vary per gym, so we recommend inquiring directly for the most up-to-date information.

For those who prefer outdoor exercise, there are also several outdoor areas equipped with exercise equipment available at no cost. These outdoor spaces provide an excellent opportunity to stay active amidst the beautiful surroundings of The Villages.
Exclusive Pool Access in the Northern Area of The Villages
During your stay in the northern region of The Villages, known as the Orange Blossom area, you'll have access to a private pool, also referred to as the Country Club Pool. Please note that access to this pool requires an additional fee. We recommend checking with the Country Club for costs related, which varies based on the length of your stay.

In addition to the exclusive pool, the Orange Blossom area features several complimentary pools available for use with your Rental or Guest Passes. These free pools offer a refreshing option for relaxation and recreation during your stay.


No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.

•The property is managed by the community, we will help you the most we can, but we aren't responsible if any of the amenities are closed or not functional as they are managed by the community, and we do not have any control.
• Pets are not allowed
• No smoking is allowed in the house or backyard
• Strictly No parties or events are allowed
• No candles, no diffuser, no scented oils, no incense, or any plug-ins allowed
• No unregistered guests are allowed
• No illegal substances are allowed on the premises
• Please don't eat/drink in beds this leads to irreversible stains. Claim will be made
• Put all your trash bags in the trash bin
• Washer & Dryer: To be used for your personal clothes only
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• Avoid Damage: Please treat all belongings like you would your own. Charges will apply
• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. No overstaying without prior permission and payment
• Please do not remove any mail in the mailbox if any
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any

• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 40 days or more.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access(with or without your presence)the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
