My family was going to be in Santa Rosa Beach for a short time and wanted to enjoy the beach. We were close to everything and had a great time. Great location!

Well-Managed Quality Home

Has back door to beach pathway. Washer & dryer worked perfectly. It's a quality-built home to start with. Dinnerware and other essential amenities were provided, even books to read. Only shortfall was broken door blinds.

Winter Break

We found our condo in Gulfplace to be just what we needed for a winter break. Communication was excellent, cleanliness was great and the condo had everything we needed to make it a relaxing vacation. If you’re looking for a condo with a perfect location in Santa Rosa, this is it. We’d certainly rent again!

Great location. Not crowded and quiet surroundings is a plus.

Enjoyed every minute with family. Very relaxing and quiet place. Comfortable for a family of 5. But could accommodate 6 or 7 if necessary. Has all that is needed to cook at home and adequate appliances. Tvs and internet is up to par. Will definitely try to book again next year.

Great family spot

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We loved having three bedrooms so we were able to spread out and everyone slept great. Loved having the shuffle board courts right outside our back door. Great location for walking to the beach, pool and restaurants. It was overall clean but some of the furniture and rugs are very old so that caused it to not feel as clean as a newer property would. I think with a little updating it would be a 5 out of 5.

Great Location

If you are staying in The Gulf Place, this was a great location. Short walk to your private beach access and uncrowded beaches made it worthwhile. The pictures are accurate. The furnishings are dated but acceptable. I would recommend a lot more bed pillows. I would recommend the outdoor furniture be cleaned. Having to clean the outdoor furniture before you could even sit down was not on my to-do list.

A little disappointed...

We were disappointed with the property management company not getting back to us in a timely manner. We had to reach out several times to get the correct wifi info. I'm working remotely and need wifi access, if your email had the correct info initially this problem could have been avoided. I called, emailed and texted to try and get the correct info, and your follow up turn around time should have been better.
