Uno de los mejores condominios en la costa, Sanctuary at Redfish ofrece 4 piscinas estilo centro turístico, dos jacuzzis, un gimnasio completamente equipado, 4 parrillas para barbacoas y un pozo de fuego.
Dé un paseo de 15 minutos a la playa aislada (camino privado) o disfrute de un paseo corto en bote de pontones en el lago de la gallineta nórdica. Solo los residentes tienen acceso directo a esta parte de la playa, ¡aléjate de la multitud!
Los kayaks también están disponibles sin cargo. Una sombrilla y dos sillas de playa están incluidas y ya instaladas, sin necesidad de llevar cosas.
Nuestra unidad se encuentra en el ala más tranquila del complejo, lejos de la piscina y el ruido de 30A. Ofrece: un hermoso dormitorio principal con cama king size y acceso al balcón privado, un dormitorio con cama queen y un tercer dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Sofá cama adicional en la sala de estar.
Todas las habitaciones con baño privado, cable y TV de pantalla plana.

This is a beautiful, spacious property that’s well maintained and convenient to all the things you might want to do in the area. The only drag was that an adjacent property is under construction, so we had to listen to a jackhammer from like 9 to 4 each day. Not something this property can control, but maybe just something to be aware of. Still a great place though.

Great view, convenient amenities

Our family of five stayed in our unit while two other families also stayed on the property. Everyone was friendly and the pools/beach were so family friendly! Host was responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!

Great relaxing family vacation spot

This rental was fantastic. It is larger than it appears in the photos and is really comfortable, clean, and the owners are great at responding to questions. The location, pools and hot tubs, and boat to the private beach made this one of the best and most relaxing family vacations of our lives. If we decide to visit this area again we will definitely stay here again.

beautiful beach area

Such a lovely place to stay. Great area. Resort was excellent, great pools and landscaping. Grills were a real bonus. Easy to get to the beach with the included "ferry" pontoon boat. And canoes readily accessible. Even had a locker full of beach toys to play with. Condo very comfortable for the whole family and everything worked well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

quick fishing trip

Only stayed 3 days. Heavy smoke smell when walking in, but the apartment was big enough with three nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Been 3 weeks and still waiting on return of deposit. All n all very nice resort.

Dear George, thank you for your feedback. Our apartment is completely smoke free. My guess is that a guest, in the neighbor unit, might have been smoking. This can be the source of the smell, that, in any case, I understand was limited to the entrance. As for the deposit, we do not manage payments. Everything is handled via VRBO. We did not report any claim against your deposit so it's just VRBO processing time, nothing we can do about it. In any case I did check and it has been fully refunded. Best regards Stefano

overall, the condo location is great. Our host was quick to reply. The condo itself had a few issues with beds not being super comfortable, toilet and shower back ups, small maintenance issues and front door being a big problem.

1st Time in 30 A

We will definitely be life long 30A visitors. We enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. The condo was just as described, perfectly stocked and clean. The condo was centrally located to everything. The pool and beach were never very crowded, even during the busy 4th week. We were able to see the Seaside fireworks from the balcony. We definitely recommend this condo and the Blue Mountain Beach area was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely condo with us.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property! The unit is very spacious and worked perfectly for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids. Everyone had their own space, and the common areas are very open. The large balcony has a nice side view of the pools with more privacy than what the balconies directly in front of the pools would have.The condo has really great amenities. Despite traveling in July, we usually had a pool to ourselves and easy access to nice grills, tables, and loungers. The most unique feature is being able to ride the pontoon boat on a short ride across a dune lake to a beautiful beach! We really enjoyed that! The condo also has ample parking in the basement parking garage, and you will never have to wait for an elevator. It almost feels like the place is only 20% full by how quiet it is, and it has been this way both times we have stayed here. The beach was more busy in July than when we traveled in March, but still nothing compared to the crowds at Miramar or Destin. Excellent stay, and we will be back!

Exceeded Expectations

We were on the fence about taking this trip because of Hurricane Debby and we are so glad that we went. The property of Sanctuary at Redfish was amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. Highly recommend if you have children and want to go to the beach. Having access to a boat that takes you to the beach made it so easy with little ones. Barbera & Stefano are amazing host! They were great answering all of our questions concerning Hurricane Debby. We actually decided not to go and then at last minute changed our minds and immediately contacted them to see if it was still available and we got a quick response. Through all of our indecisiveness they were amazing! The condo was super nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay which made it an absolute ease. It was the perfect size for a family of 6! We will definitely be back here soon!

Great location and size of unit

We had a lovely trip to 30a. This was our first time staying at the sanctuary at redfish. We’ve stayed at other properties but really enjoyed this one. We loved the natural components to it and the boat ride to the beach! We had a small hiccup upon arrival with the lock at the door, but it was handled immediately after a call to the property manager and did not put a damper on our trip. Best things about renting this unit - communication with the property manager, the size of the unit and room for people to spread out, the number of bathrooms (each bedroom had their own), the way the kitchen was equipped (everything you needed), and the grounds/pools/hot tubs. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family didn’t take a summer beach trip this year, so we decided to look for something for fall break. We’ve hit all of the “go to” places, but when searching this time, Sanctuary at Redfish kept popping up. After checking out a few others, we decided to check out Redfish. Boy are we ever glad we did! We knew from the moment we UL led in that this was a great place! Our room was extra clean as was the whole property! The pool/spa area was very well kept! We enjoyed the rides to the beach with Captain Bob as well as the walls to and from the beach! We loved the laid back feel that it has to offer. Our property manager was quick to respond to questions! It was the vacation we dreamed it would be!

Amazing Property

We spent a week with the family and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The owner was amazing to work with and any questions we had was quick to respond. We hated to leave at the end of the week and are already talking about planning another trip. I must say this VRBO is one of the best we have stayed at!

We love Sanctuary at Redfish!

Easy rental and communication. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed to cook. Boat ride to the beach was a breeze. The beach is private so no large crowds, so easy to keep an eye on little ones. Loved having 2 beach chairs and umbrella with the unit. We rented 2 more to accommodate everyone. The pools are the best and by far our favorite of any property we’ve stayed at. We have been to Sanctuary at Redfish 3 years in a row and plan on making this a yearly family trip.

Family Vacation

This is a wonderful property and my family was so comfortable while vacationing for the week. The unit was very clean and the property was very well maintained. The pool area is amazing!! This was one of the most peaceful stays due to the location!!

Fall break

We have stayed at redfish sanctuary multiple times in the last few years. My little girl loves the pontoon boat ride to the beach and the pools. The condo itself was very clean, but needs to be updated with newer furniture, decor. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, needs new mattress as it sinks on both sides of the bed is my my only complaint. I liked that there was a storage unit that had sand toys and extra chairs. My spouse and I were able to give my parents the rental chairs provided and we were able to take the provided chairs near the water. The weather was not on our side and it rained the first three days we were there but thankfully it cleared up on Thursday. Overall, we enjoyed the balcony area. We would definitely be back next year.

Interestingly enough last August we had a guest that asked for brand and model of the master bedroom mattress. She "slept like never before". We'll check with future guests and, if needed, upgrade. Hope to see you back soon!

Great condo!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was very spacious for my family of 5. The grounds are beautiful & we enjoyed our boat rides to the beach with Capt. Bob! We loved that the private beach was much, much less crowded than we’ve seen in other 30a areas. The property owner was extremely kind & very accommodating. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
