The air conditioner wouldn’t cool below 80 for most of the day. By day 4, the management company sent 3 box fans instead of someone to actually look at the AC. There is one twin bed that had a broken box spring which made the bed lean considerably to the right.

Nice and roomy! Walk down to beach not too far. Great communication. If you need groceries, drive to the Publix- reasonably priced. We were there for Bachelorette party.

I really wish I could give this unit 5 stars because the unit itself was really nice and clean. The location was great because that side of the beach had a lot less people, a wagon to carry items to the beach would be nice for the future. The pool was just as nice and clean. However there were many issues during our short stay and no solution, and there was a major lack of response. The tub in the hallway upstairs was clogged, the kitchen pots and pans were in terrible condition, the washer did not rinse and spin, the bedroom on the main level had very flimsy beds and smelled a lot of humidity, missing screws in the bunk room that also made the bunk beds flimsy and noisy, although we managed to only use the one roll of provided paper towels it was very poor quality, dollar store quality. Some of the beach chairs could be updated and replaced, There is no cooking oil, salt pepper. Who wants to go shopping for these things for a few days stay. I have to say this is the first rental I’ve ever stayed at that provided very limited items. Although not expected to have an abundance of those things, enough for our stay is very much appreciated. The listing displays large bottles of bathroom essentials, but not provided. Only tiny individual toiletries. I would consider staying here again, if these issues were resolved. Food nearby was great too! Recommend Sidelines and NOLA, Nola pasta, amazing!

Wonderful quiet location with super convenient & quick access to beach. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed with our group of 9. Beautiful quiet beach & area yet just a quick ride to shops & restaurants. Only 2 complaints: 1 is Vacasa was slow to provide check in/ check out info, had to request everything so we could plan accordingly. And 2 the property smelled a bit musty…but was super clean upon our arrival. Very minor complaints as we would definitely stay again.

My only real complaint would be about some of the beds. One twin bed was shaky and had a noticeable gap between the bedframe and box spring due to the box spring/mattress being narrower than was meant for the frame, so I was worried the lack of support in the middle might be too much for the box spring. The bunk beds upstairs were also shaky, and I was honestly pretty nervous to use the top bunks. It also appeared that there was some sort of issue with the bottom part of the frame of the bigger bunk bed. Lastly, a family member mentioned that the bed in the bedroom closest to the bunk bed room was uncomfortably firm. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Clean, plenty of space, plenty of bathrooms, comfortable seating, lovely balcony, a full variety of kitchen items/utensils for just about anything cooking related, plenty of garage space for parking your vehicle, wonderfully close proximity to the beach, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels (for showering, not beach), a lovely pool just a stone's throw away. Overall, everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, even with the bed issues.

The property was beautiful. But our stay was ruined because the AC was not working! The temperature stayed on 78-80 degrees the whole time! We contacted the host and she sent someone who could not fix it. We asked for a window unit and she told us that all that she could bring us was a fan. A fan was just going to blow the hot air on us. Everything else about the condo was perfect for our family, but we were miserable being hot! We asked for some sort of compensation, and she said ok, so we are waiting to hear back from her.

Thank you, Diane, for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear that you found the property beautiful and that it suited your family well. However, we truly regret that the air conditioning issue impacted your stay. We understand how uncomfortable it can be when the temperature isn’t just right, and it’s disappointing that we couldn’t resolve it to your satisfaction during your visit. We take these matters seriously, and it’s on us to ensure our guests are comfortable. We appreciate your patience as we work to address this situation and will follow up with you regarding compensation. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future.
