It was a very nice place even though we were not given any of the proper codes for either the pool or parking. Good thing that the guests that were given the pool code let us in and the parking would have been impossible if we had not arrived when we did

Condo is older. It was very clean and the view is to die for. Mattress on pull out sofa needs to be replaced. I recommend you take a mattress topper unless it gets replaced. It is one bedroom and bunk beds are in hallway. Pools are nice. Overall it was a good stay.
We truly enjoyed our stay and the condo! It’s small, but we spent very little time inside. The view is incredible! The hallway bunks were nice to have, but the kids were a little uncomfortable with the straight-up-and-down ladder getting onto the top bunk. I was worried my five year old would tumble, so we just made a rule that someone had to help him up and down.
The hall bathroom didn’t seem to lock, so we just simply put a chair in front of the door when it was in use, so not a huge deal.
This particular room was super close to the elevator, so that was a plus!
I had no idea there were so many people in this place, some 23 floors, 4-5 units per floor, doing the elevator shuffle everyday gets very old, however they are fast and work well. that is the negative, parking is good too, a roomy parking garage across the street with a covered walkway is a nice touch.
The good? the beach is just out the back door with nice chairs/umbrellas free for you, RESERVE a front row spot EARLY! the beach is as good as it gets, perfect sand, great water, no jellies thank goodness. There is nothing around the building however, and driving around and parking is a mess

Great location and that’s about it
Two bedrooms isn’t an accurate description, the second room or “bunk room” is just bunk beds in the hallway. It had a pull out couch but there was only one sheet and one pillow for it though the listing said slept 6.. the hot tub was never hot, the sink did not work and the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. The Vacasa customer service was really nice and sent maintenance but he said the sink was broken and needed to be replaced. He offered to come back and replace it but also who wants to sit and wait for maintenance when on vacation. Overall location was great and the complimentary beach chairs, the room was okay and served it’s purpose I suppose.
Property is pretty much as advertised...spectacular view..clean...beds not bad...decor needs updated....only 6 spoons/forks...which means u gotta run the dishwasher a lot...needs something besides cheap utensils....disclaimer....we were there for 35 nights in Jan/Feb....so those only staying for a week are not interested in some of these. Elevator's are a issue....you can wait a significant amount of time there. For a longer stay....you notice more kinks....you don't have much light at night either....probably would pass on staying there for 30 days again....were in other units and they were nicer is all I'll say.....

No kitchen water for two days and wrong door code at check in
Our door code was wrong which can be very frustrating after a 9 plus hour drive with three kids. It took two phone calls to get that fixed. We had no water in the kitchen for two days. After three phone calls and being told the same thing of “I’ll put a call in” they finally had someone from maintainence replace the faucet. The elevators in the parking garage are awful. They close very quick even when you wave your hand in front of them or try to stop them. I’m very surprised an accident has not happened yet. We saw several children getting pushed by the doors. This needs to be fixed for sure. There’s an ice machine by one pool that was out of service and run down looking. The pool stayed super cold but the one on the same side as the parking garage was perfect. We won’t be back unfortunately and will likely just stay somewhere else.
