Beautiful view of the Destin inlet! Spent a lot of time sunbathing on the deck. Sunsets were spectacular. Overall the condo was great, with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing time at the beach!

The condo was clean. The view was beautiful. A couple details to note.... although the view in the photos show the beach basically in the backyard, one must walk to the street and 20-30 yards down to access it (there is a tall chain-linked fence blocking any possible entrance any closer. The water is crystal clear, however there are jellyfish everywhere. The beach seen is a small beach between jetties. Still beautiful,but not clear in the advertisement.The condo itself is clean,.. a lot of knick knacks everywhere, so beware if you have small children.Beds are comfortable. Balcony is pretty, but could use an umbrella or screen to help with the heat from afternoon sun.If you are staying longer than a weekend, definitely plan to buy more dishsoap,paper towels, and laundry detergent than is provided.

Nautical West

It was a clean comfortable condominium that was well appointed. We enjoyed the location and how it was convenient to everything locally. It is definitely one of my favorite condos, and I look forward to staying there again!

Beautiful Condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Our favorite part was definitely having direct beach access and a private patio with a beautiful view! The owners had great customer service, provided with plenty of towels and beach supplies, and maintain a well-kept place! I imagine this place is being overlooked by the nearby resort-style hotels and am surprised they don’t have more reviews! I would highly recommend this condo to someone looking for a more private access space with a beautiful view!

Must start with amazing view! Just what the doctor needed! From daybreak viewing of charter boats and such leaving the harbor, all day boat activities and beautiful view of the sand and sea, to a beautiful sunset and breeze! Condo was clean and just as pictured on site. Only downside was that it is THREE flights of stairs to get to condo and that is NOT mentioned in description. It would have been nice to know before we drove up. Also, parking might be tricky if more than one large vehicle. It is about a 10 minute walk down the street to the public beach but it is a nice beach and boardwalk or you can drive and park for 20/4hours. We also used the water taxi to go across the harbor to enjoy evening on boardwalk and dinner. Was fun experience and gave us a chance to be on the water. Again, 10 minute walk to meet them but we love being out and walking.

Great location and view, parking was tight especially for off season, condo was clean but all doors need work. Sliding glass doors were corroded from sand hard to slide; front door was hard to close all the way. Outside can you a paint job. Great value

Someone had given a haircut on the deck. piles of hair on deck and all over the deck table and chairs. Absolutely disgusting. I asked for it to be cleaned and no one came. We wanted breakfast on the deck but never did. Too grossed out.This place is NOT ocean front. You have to drive to a beach access.
