Make your way to this beautiful, two-bedroom condo in the heart of Destin! Located right on the Gulf of Mexico and just a short walk from the Harbor Walk shopping center, you and your guests will enjoy access to a host of on-site amenities including multiple pools, tennis courts, and private beach access.



Inside this stylish vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a sunlit and inviting living area with a queen-size sofa bed and a cable-equipped TV. Outside, soak up the Florida sunshine on your furnished deck complete with a picnic table for alfresco dining, or walk right down onto the sand.

Good vacation, great stay. High winds came through and damaged the storm door, emailed them and they contacted me right away to inform me someone would come and fix the door! Overall it was a good trip! Will be back again.

This was a beautifully located stop for us. We plan to extend a little longer next summer. Everything was nearby and very little need to drive anywhere. If I had one drawback, it’s that EVERYONE in ALL of Sandpiper Cove has access to the gated area making it harder to find parking when staying there..

Great location and beach access, but major maintenance and bug issues need attention.Our stay at Sandpiper had a fantastic location, being right by the beach with free beach service included, and having everything within a quick 15-minute drive, made getting around effortless. The host also did a great job stocking the place with plenty of essentials like towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and an extra small fan.However, the condition of the property left a lot to be desired, especially for a 1,000 price tag. We encountered multiple roaches, mosquitoes, flies, and other insects throughout the stay, which were heavily concentrated around the bathroom areas.Beyond the pest issues, the property is in urgent need of maintenance. The ceiling light fixtures were essentially just exposed holes with bare light bulbs stuck in them, and the air vents were hanging loose from the ceiling. Additionally, one of the electrical outlets in the main bedroom didn't work at all.While the AC did work, finding bugs and dealing with unfinished fixtures made it hard to fully enjoy the trip. For what we paid, guests shouldn't have to deal with pest infestations or compromised fixtures.

First the not so good, beds are not comfortable, wound up sleeping most nights on a twin that was put away in a closet. Closets were hard to open and barely did. Dresser in primary bedroom that holds TV is broken and in danger of falling over, the box for that TV was under the dresser so couldnt change channels from bed. One of the knobs on a drawer in the bathroom fell off just from pulling the drawer open. Now for the good, the AC works well, all appliances worker well. Couch and TV in living were both great/comfortable (Couch is not the same as one listed in pictures). Back porch is quite large and does have a view of the gulf. Location is great, located just steps from sand flea/beach access. Beach service was included as well.

Overall, our stay was fine. I think it could use some remodeling such as new higher toilettes. The ice maker in the fridge was excessively noisy. We went there for the sun; unfortunately the sun refused to cooperate but that was not the fault of the owner. However, operation of the tvs, plural, would have been much less frustrating had there been some printed instructions and new batteries supplied VRBO needs to be clearer, I believe, in communicating the fact that the owner is no longer personally available but that a third party is the main source of help. Even though I had these concerns, I would still recommend it

We have stayed in this unit the last 4 years and love it! You can’t beat the size of condo and location. We have never had any issues. I do think the condo could use some improvements though! I think these few things would just make it a five star stay!-an outdoor light by door. -a rug outside and inside entry door to wipe feet off before entering condo - thicker bedding blankets -full knife set -possibly an airfryer for easy cooking in room.
