Come and experience a tranquil and unique getaway at this two-story condo located within a short walking distance of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy a very serene and peaceful setting near dining options, fishing charters, and convenience stores. Must-visit attractions you can find within 10 miles include Sea Screamer, Ripley's Believe It Or Not!, Zooworld Zoological Park, Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, St. Andrews State Park, M.B. Miller County Pier, and Frank Brown Park.



Sit on the front porch of this fantastic retreat and listen to the birds chirping while looking over the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you will be greeted by a beautifully decorated open floor plan. Wind down in the comfy living area after a thrilling and memorable day at the beach and stream a favorite movie or series for an entertaining evening at home. Feeling hungry? Delight yourself and others with a tasty snack or homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all the major appliances needed, including a dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker. The area is very nice and the condo is quite comfortable, though there is the issue of it being on the top floor; you have to climb a lot of stairs, which makes going up and down difficult if you are carrying heavy items or a lot of things. The pool is lovely. There are a few details I think could be improved—for instance, providing more bath towels, an extra set of bed linens, and sufficient trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent, especially for stays longer than a week. The stove didn't work very well, and the sofa cushions were dirty. It would also be great if guests were allowed to use the barbecue grill, but that isn't permitted. Overall, however, it was a very good stay, and the beach is very close by.

We understand that the stairs can be a challenge, especially when carrying heavy items, and we appreciate your feedback on that. We take your suggestions seriously and will look into providing more bath towels, bed linens, and essential supplies for longer stays. It’s important to us that our guests have everything they need for a hassle-free experience. We’re also sorry to hear about the stove and the sofa cushions; that’s not the standard we aim for, and we’ll address these issues with our team. While we currently don’t allow barbecue grill use, we appreciate your input and will consider it for the future. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the lovely pool and the proximity to the beach. We hope to welcome you back soon for another enjoyable stay!

Our stay was wonderful. However, the listing that we booked never specified that it was on the top floor which was great for us but for others who may have handicaps or cannot handle stairs… their are SO MANY stairs to climb and no elevators. I definitely recommend checking with the listing agent to see which floor the room in located on. The actual location to the beach was perfect with a short walk across a dead end street to get to the beach. Our room came with beautiful view of the ocean!! No staff actually works on the property so if you run into issues, you have to email whoever you’re booking through but we did not experience anything that required help from staff. Parking is extremely tight and was very difficult to get my SUV into the spot without having someone else guide me into the space. The inside of the apartment is very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great experience the only this was there were no sheets for the sofa bed. And be warned if you have bad knees there are stairs!
