The Space:

It's all about the beach at this waterfront condo featuring a well-equipped, full kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast. This condo also includes a spacious living and dining area, perfect for meals, entertainment, or just time with family or friends. Guests will also enjoy access to shared pools, a fitness center, basketball, and so much more. With so many great amenities both on-site and nearby, this rental is sure to become a family favorite.



Sunrise Beach is located just down the road from Gulf World, an aquarium with shark feedings, dolphin encounters, and animal shows. Just a few minutes west is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jon's, dining, and endless shopping opportunities at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park you'll find a 16-screen movie theater and a Dave & Busters arcade.

Beautiful condo!

Loved this condo. It was decorated so nicely. Beds were comfy. Only bad thing was red tide killed the fish and it was stinky on the beach but the pool was nice.

Our family vacation

Everything was pretty good. Floors needed to be cleaned a little better kids had black all over feet from beginning. We mopped and cleaned floors several times. Only other thing 4 elevators to 20 something floors was really hard to get one first day . Everything else was great . View of ocean was beautiful.

Needs maintenance, mattresses and a deep clean

Overall the stay was fine and everything was tolerable. But the property is in need of some major maintenance. For starters, the washing machine is in need of a major repair. Every time it goes into the spin cycle, it sounds like it is going to break apart in a million pieces. It's alarmingly loud! The cabinets in the entire unit are laminate and are being to peel and most of the pull knobs are loose, some are missing. My husband and brother in law had to fix the bed in the second bedroom. The headboard was leaning back so bad it was touching the wall. The door (when you enter the unit) needs resealed. It was windy during our stay and the noise of the wind coming in around the door was so loud that it woke the folks up in the back bedroom. You could see light coming in around it. The chairs on the balcony are all missing back cushions so they aren't very comfortable. The mattresses in every room are awful. We personally slept in the master bedroom and it seemed to be crowned. Every morning, we all complained of our backs hurting (even the kids on the bunk beds). Now, cleanliness, the high spots were clean, but that's about it. The baseboards were disgusting. The bathroom walls needed cleaning or maybe even repainting. Light switches were nasty and the glass sliding doors going to the beach needed some glass cleaner. Overall, it was just a week, so the problems were tolerable. But it definitely needs some TLC!
