A beautiful, very clean place with very friendly staff. It will be my first choice if I return to the city. Just one detail: the sofa bed is a bit broken—it might be a good idea to replace or fix it. My children used it, so it wasn't a problem (they can sleep anywhere), but it’s not really suitable for an adult. Everything else, however, was excellent.

We’re so glad to hear you found our place beautiful and clean, Melissa! It’s wonderful to know that our friendly staff made a positive impression during your stay. We appreciate your feedback about the sofa bed; we want to ensure every aspect of your experience is comfortable, especially for adults. We’ll definitely take a closer look at that. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to welcome you and your family back to Panama City Beach soon for another fantastic stay!

I recently stayed here and had a bit of a mixed experience. While the hotel and the room itself were nice, we ran into a frustrating plumbing issue. The shower in the hallway guest bathroom had a leak, which unfortunately caused the guests below us to complain. Because of this, we were told to stop using that shower entirely. Having to share only the main bedroom's bathroom for our entire group was incredibly inconvenient and not what we paid for. I hope management fixes this issue properly for future guests, as it really put a damper on our stay.
