The Space:

Greet the morning breeze and admire the colors of the setting sun on the balcony of this beachfront condo in the heart of Panama City Beach! This Sterling Breeze escape offers direct access to the white sand below, a prime location for family adventure and relaxation, and resort-style amenities that include a seasonally heated pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and a firepit.



Sterling Breeze is a beachfront resort property that sits right on the sand of Panama City Beach, mere minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. You'll be half a mile from the Russell-Fields Pier and Pier Park, which is home to more than 100 stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and the Panama City Beach Skywheel. The property is also one mile northwest of Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles northwest of Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark.



Guests must pay a $50 registration fee for parking and the use of amenities.

Perfect location

Room was on a very convenient floor, modern, and clean. Only issues were that you have to pay a $30 parking fee, they closed the pool without notice for around 3-4 days for repairs, and there was a mass of hair stuck to the shower wall. Otherwise, It’s a great place and I’d stay again!

Vacation at the beach

We loved our stay and the view of the beach. The day we go there within 20 minutes the smoke detector started chirping. After a couple hours of back and forth we went and bought a battery ourselves which was a little frustrating. We did have someone come and check on us the next day which was nice. We were sad that they did not put at the beach chairs until the day we left. Everything else was beautiful and we very thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family beach getaway

The location of this property is great. We loved the beach view and how close a lot of stuff was to us. The pool is great and very well maintained. The condo was plenty big enough for my 6 person family and the kids enjoyed the coffee table with seating to play games on at night. The cleanliness of the condo was ok, it could’ve been better. Communication with the property manager was great, they called several times to check on us and make sure that we had everything that we needed.

Girls weekend get away

We had a great time. Condo and building is as described. The lady at the front desk is awesome. The only issue was the shower in the hall bathroom does not drain that was not an issue for us because we did not need to use it. Also the sales service and Wi-Fi were not great but that is literally all I have negative to say and neither one of those were a big deal

The good, the bad, and the ugly

Exactly as pictured. Furniture, inside and outside, was in good shape. Rug in living room just a little “tired” appearing; needs to be replaced. Kitchen well stocked. Management company is accessible and courteous; however, their maintenance was called twice about Wi-Fi and did not respond at all…….twice. Downside: grill doesn’t work, pool too small / crowded. Wi-Fi is horrible.

Disappointing!

The property appeared clean, however rug in living room is soiled and there was hair on shower walls suggesting that they had not even been rinsed. There was only one tiny soap to share between sink and shower, no condiments in the kitchen, not even one (or two) courtesy pods of coffee to welcome exhausted travelers who have waited 45 minutes with luggage to get on an elevator, so it felt like the owner is pretty stingy. It was not fun to have more long elevator waits to go to the store for coffee before we had the energy to unpack and settle in! There was no welcome note or booklet to explain how TV, etc., work (or what channels are available.). We almost were locked out on the balcony the first night due to extreme difficulty in operating sliding doors. We just left the doors open when we used the balcony after that experience. Only one elevator was working so every trip to or from condo meant delays, sometimes lengthy. Fighter jets travel very close to condo many times daily and they are LOUD and potentially frightening if you have pets or small children. The lock to our condo broke and we had a two hour delay one evening working with someone over the phone and waiting for a locksmith to let us inside. We checked out a day early - it just was taking the enjoyment out of our trip. The bed was comfy, the dishes and kitchen equipment nice, but with not even salt and pepper provided, we didn’t cook anything. And the blender lid was missing.
