The Space:

Wake up to terrific Gulf and beach views every single day from this seventh-floor condo right on the beach! Your entire family or group of friends will have plenty of space to move around freely without bumping into each other. Enjoy all-access to shared amenities on site that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and even a fitness center. Back at your condo, you'll enjoy all the comforts of a home away from home with an inviting set of sofas strategically located around the flatscreen TV with cable. Nothing beats the convenience of having your own washer/dryer at home to take care of your clothes, especially after spending the day at the pool or the beach.



The beach is the main and nearest attraction you will findā€“all you have to do is put on your best swimming suit and leave your condo. Head one mile east to Pier Park, where you'll have your pick of 124 stores, a number of excellent restaurants, a Grand IMAX movie theater, a Dave & Buster's, and all sorts of other entertainment. You can take a stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (less than one and a half miles east), or take the family to cool off at Shipwreck Island Waterpark (four miles east). For your dining pleasure, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, Pompano Joe's, and Buddy's Seafood Market are all half a mile from the resort. Less than four miles away is Holiday Golf Club for a day of golfing with your friends. An entertaining vacay here isn't complete without spending the day at Rock'it Lanes, which features an arcade, bowling, pool, skating, CiCi's Pizza, and sports bar!

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Great trip!

Beautiful views from the 7th floor. The condo was very clean and spacious. The 9 of us had a great stay. Plenty for everyone to do and enjoy.

Great condo that is beautifully decorated and furnished. View was outstanding and good location. Only negatives were there was no hair dryer and the elevators during peak times are really slow and takes a while to get on. Great pools and beach access.

Great room with plenty of space and exceptional location in proximity to elevators, pool and beach. The wristbands are handy to get into everything without having to memorize a bunch of codes! Great time!

Very nice property, very secure and beautiful condo

Took my girls and nieces and I was a little nervous going alone but with secure parking and wristbands and helpful staff we had no problems. We were sufficiently “wowed” by the condo. Very nice decor and it had everything we needed for a pleasant trip.

The condo was very clean, well stocked with a great location.

Simple well furnished and decorated. My only concern was the availability of working elevators, we were trapped between the 3rd and 4th floor for almost an hour...every day there was a problem with elevators.

Beautiful property

It was absolutely gorgeous 😍. Clean, air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. There were board game. The only negative would be is definitely need more covers for the beds, there was plenty of pillows. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo, lots of space. I wish we had known they had a pack n play, high chair, etc so we could have saved the trouble of packing them. We found on the last day that the white chest in the living area is full of board games too.

Busy this year

Our stay was nice overall with the summer weather cooperating with nice weather and calm waters. Checking in was not so much as it was quite busy this year. The elevators were the biggest issue by far with many not working and waiting nearly an hour just to use them to move the luggage cart back and forth. Would stay again but only in the off season.

Hotel is very outdated. Elevators were extremely slow. Had to wait at least 25-30 every time for an elevator.

Family Trip

The condo was clean and spacious. Our only issue was no television service. There was obviously an installation waiting to happen evidenced by equipment left lying around with notes on which TVs to install. It would’ve been nice to know. We wouldn’t have rented.

Great. The Jamaican lady on the 2nd floor should be your personel trainer. She was pleasant and gracious. There were a few things with the condo, needed an allen wrench to fix the kitchen faucet and the wash machine was noted to be repaired. The mgt. had Davis Appliance on the Beach come to fix a celenoid but left a card stating: washer drive tube broken. I called Davis Appliance they never returned my call so my husband fixed it himself. I also called the front desk about it and didn't know nothing about it. The view was great. Overall the accommodations were great.

Be prepared to wait for the elevator!

The room was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone! The property was also well maintained and we were close to everything. It truly was a super nice condo that was well equipped with a great view! Now for the downside...the elevators. Luckily, we were only on the 7th floor and could take the stairs most of the time because the wait for the elevators was about 30 minutes no matter the time of day. It was so bad that it will probably keep me from staying here again. I have never seen anything like it! It literally took us a total of 1.5 hours to bring our things to the room and bring the cart back down! So be ready to wait every time going up or down to the beach or anywhere else, especially if staying on a higher floor and the stairs are not an option!
