Welcome to the BIGGEST condo on the beach! This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 2500-square foot, corner unit condo sleeps 12! 3 King beds, 2 double beds, and twin bunk beds. Enjoy TWO balconies, a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area, walk-in showers, a HUGE home office with two workstations, and a storage room with a second full-size refrigerator.
***Renovated & updated in Dec. 2023 – new flooring throughout, new paint throughout, new countertops, upgraded furniture – it does not get newer than this!***
This is the largest unit at Tidewater on the 27TH FLOOR. The previous owners combined 2716 and 2717 into a full-family paradise and, after our purchase in March of 2023, we’ve been fully renovating décor and structure throughout.
Tidewater is one of the few walkable buildings to Pier Park and St. Andrews Pier – and is DIRECTLY ON the beach with private beach space, TWO outdoor pools, THREE hot tubs, an indoor pool, an expansive fitness center with sauna, steam and roman pool. Tidewater also features a movie theater, arcade, a restaurant on-site overlooking the beach, a novelty shop with Starbucks on-site, and grill area.
This ONE-OF-A-KIND unit features THREE master suites, including one with a jacuzzi tub! You'll love the Gulf views from not one, but TWO balconies, one of which wraps around for incredible views of the beach, pier, pier park coastline, sand, and sunsets.
Tons of room, the condo sleeps 12 comfortably in beds, This is the pinnacle of luxury at Tidewater. Upgraded electronics throughout – including smart TVs and lighting.
The master bedroom suite features a king-size bed, sliding doorway to the balcony, television, large bathroom with dual sinks, linen closet, huge walk-in closet, and a morning bar complete with microwave, under counter refrigerator/freezer, wet sink, and Keurig coffee maker.
This side of the condo also features a storage room, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer (perfect for cooling down all those drink 12 packs) and a great spot to store all your sandy gear keeping it out of the living space.
The HUGE office space is perfect for those who have to work from home – with two desks or a place for the gamers in the group.
Bedroom #2 (a second master) features a King bed, wonderful eastern exposure/ocean views, television, and a connecting private bath with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 (a third master) includes a King bed, television, and another connecting, full private bath with a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Bedroom #4 features two double beds and a connected bathroom with walk-in shower.
The bunk nook features twin bunk beds and has access to a bathroom in the same hallway (ideal for children under 12)

Please Note: -This is a NO PETS / NON-SMOKING property, no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. -Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian who must stay in the unit with them. - This condo has a maximum occupancy of twelve (12) guests per the Fire Marshall. - Parking and Guest Registration at Tidewater is $95 per registration, and covers all guest wristbands and up to 5 parking spaces. Parking is in a gated garage connected by a breezeway on the 2nd floor. - There is a video doorbell on the front door of this property. It only captures video outside the residence, but we do reserve the right to count the number of guests staying in the unit.

The condo was very nice and super convenient location! We had 9 people and everyone had plenty of room. The ocean view lives up to the photos and then some! The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking utensils which was very great for feeding a large group. The bedrooms are all spacious and well appointed. I wish the resorts BBQ area on the ground floor was nicer and more convenient, but a small issue.

Our multi generation family had a wonderful vacation at this Condo. We had plenty of room and the condo was well stocked. The view from the 27th floor was stunning!!!

The condo was perfect for our family! It had everything we needed. I love the large bedrooms with connecting bathrooms. The location is great, close to Pier Park and Shuckums! The view from the balcony…stunning! Rachel is an amazing host. I had several questions prior to our trip and she was always quick to respond. We had a fabulous week!!

It was wonderful. The condo was so beautiful and roomy. The condo was very clean, organized and has a view that makes you feel like you are on a cruise ship. Panaramic views of the ocean and beach.
We loved our stay! Rachel was very responsive and helpful. There were a couple things that needed attention, and she was right on it. Everything was clean and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!
This is such a beautiful condo! It is perfect for a large family or a bunch of friends traveling together. I couldn’t believe just how big this place was. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was very clean. It was supplied very well. We had an issue with the washing machine. We were staying for two weeks and did not bring a lot of clothes. We were worried but Rachel took care of the problem immediately and was so quick to respond. She is very easy to work with. I would love to stay here again.

This condo had everything, including plenty of space!! Don't let the reviews about waiting for elevators scare you away. Sometimes we did wait longer than other times, but we had a large group with small kids even and it didn't really bother us. We also really never had to leave! Easy access to the beach, there are 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, a resturant, tiki bar, starbucks. Literally, it's all right there and the food was so good!

Condo was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. Would love to stay again. Will be rebooking again. They were 12 of us and plenty of room for us all.Just a quick trip to airport!
Condo was perfect for our group of 10 (3 separate families). Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. Had everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Communication with host was great as well.
Panama City Beach was a bit chiller this season but I loved it !
The Condo is amazing. Very spacious with two offices.

Stunning condo. AMAZING views, very secure, plenty of room, and VERY clean. The beds were comfortable (even the bunks) and the kitchen was well-appointed. I would highly recommend for large families and groups. The second, adjoined unit makes for a unique and comfortable, seperate space if needed/desired.
This condo was perfect for our purposes. In fact, I imagine it would be perfect for anyone's purposes. The staff at the condo were friendly and attentive. The location was close to many restaurants and grocery, seafood market, pier shopping area, etc. The owner was gracious and very responsive. Items in the condo were in excellent condition. The view was unsurpassed. I spent much time just sitting at the window watching the wildlife. From the unit, we saw dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, sharks, a bald eagle, and many large fish. Our experience there gets a rating of A from our group of 10.My only complaint is very minor...the condo complex is so large it was sometimes a bit of a wait for the elevator, and somewhat crowded on the beach. But dang - I wish I could have stayed another 2 weeks!

Five of us friends decided to get away before the holiday crazy's back home. We booked this unit, - loved the space it afforded all 5 of us adults to have space without tripping over each other. The unit was very tastefully decorated, we had everything we needed, the view's were awesome since it was a corner unit. If I have a large group, we'd book again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the hosts for making it a great place.

We live just south of Nashville, in Brentwood, TN. We have vacationed in the Florida Panhandle for over 30 years. Prior to buying this condominium we vacationed in Destin for years! We love the area, but the crowds, traffic and long waits at the Restaurants were ruining our 'fun.' We tried the Seaside/Watercolor area for a few years and also loved those places, but had to stay across the street from the beach and couldn't even SEE the beach unless we drove or biked to the 'beach clubs.'
Why they chose this property
When the new airport opened in Panama City Beach, we decided to look into this area. We fell in love with the beautiful beaches and the EASY vacation lifestyle. Once we stayed here and took the easy stroll, down the street to Pier Park - with all the restaurants, shopping, theaters, live music venues, we were SOLD!
What makes this property unique
We especially like being in a corner unit with views from multiple sides. This condo we LOVE because it is SO SPACIOUS. Two condos (2716 and 2717) were combined into the LARGEST FLOOR PLAN in the BUILDING. We have THE MOST beautiful views of the Gulf out the back and sides of our unit. We take pride in keeping our unit up to date, renovated and in top condition. We do not rent to Spring Breakers and have a great relationship with our rental families. Come stay with us! You and your family will have one of the best vacations of your life!
