The Space:

Wake up to the sounds of waves outside your window and end each day with spectacular sunsets from your private, sixth-floor balcony. Enjoy a craft cocktail from the wet bar or serve a family meal in the well-equipped and updated kitchen.



The spacious main suite features a private bath with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Take in the incredible Gulf views from the oversized chair and ottoman facing the balcony.



During your stay, you'll enjoy a vast array of resort-style amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, saunas, pickle ball courts and a fitness center. You'll find beach access on the east side of the building. A perfect beach vacation awaits - all that's left to do is book it.

Unit was clean and well-equipped. Communication was very good. Location and beach view excellent. Only real negative was the fact that the tv's are extremely hard to work. Ice maker was working, but dispenser frozen up when we got there (which wasn't a big deal), and stayed that way.

Beach view was great! The pool was clean and well maintained. Easy and quick access to the beach was fantastic! The condo was clean. My only suggestion is to have enough towels/washcloths for the number of people registered to the condo, and enough bed linens for all provided beds, including the pull-out sofa.

Perfect location!

We love the slower pace of Orange Beach. Staying at the Broadmoor with easy access to the beach and community pool was perfect for our week away celebrating our 20th anniversary!

Beautiful

I stayed here with 3 of my kids ages 4-12, we loved it. Everything about the place was great even in the kids eyes. Beautiful view! Easy beach access. The condo itself is cozy and spacious. We all enjoyed our time here!

Thanksgiving Get away

This condo is perfect. My wife and I loved it so much! There are many places to go nearby. We also walked to Flora-bama for dinner then across the street for live entertainment.one evening.

Great place, great views, great beach!

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything our family needed. We really enjoyed the balcony. We only had to wait on the elevator one time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Good experience

The only trouble we had was getting in the door. The code we were given was incorrect, and the number we called was a long hold, plus when they finally answered, the codes they gave us were also incorrect. Finally, I assume the person was the owner, called us and gave us the correct code, which was greatly appreciated!

Broadmoor

No WiFi and no help from guest services resolving that issue. Parking was very limited with several of us having to wait for someone to leave to get a spot. You have to drive to get to shopping and decent dining. Outside of that the condo was clean and comfortable.

Beachfront

Really enjoyed the beachfront property. Great views. A great time of year to go as less crowds. However the upkeep the the Broadmoor property, parking garage, tennis courts complete eye sores. Property needs better markings especially at night has hard to see from the road. The square footage of the condo fine. Yet the decor of the condo really needs some upgrades. The couch worn out and non supportive and too low. Pillows on the couch worn out. The bed linens, towels silver ware are from a dollar store quality. Make it nicer for your customers... and if you could get the higher toilets...upgrade!!

Great location, bad condo

After many conversations with the manager of Vacasa, I was refunded my cleaning fee and 20% off my bill. So, I feel bad leaving a bad review. But this condo was not as it was advertised. The picture were better that it actually was, not to mention that it was dirty, and I have the pictures to prove it. There was construction under way on the outside of the building, so we were not allowed on the balcony. Which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay in a high rise building. So many things were wrong with the place that I don’t want to get into. In my opinion, this condo should have not been rented out until the construction was completed. There was dust and dirt everywhere. Should a disappointment. And we drove 11 hours to get there, without any warning. Would not recommend this condo or this management company.

Other than a few inconsistencies we would stay again

The check in process was less than desirable. My husband was told there would be a lockbox with a key for the condo. However, there was one major piece of information lacking and that was where the lockbox was located! He called the property manager and she was not happy with him at all as she felt he should know where the lockbox was and that wasn’t her responsibility. It was a Sunday night around 11pm. We had been driving since 8AM so we were all tired and ready to rest. It was by chance that I happened to open the door to the stairwell to find the lockbox. It would have been very helpful if we had known that upfront so we didn’t have to call the property manager after we looked around for the lockbox for at least 20 minutes! The other issue was that there was no way to know where to start the washing machine. You didn’t know if it was loading or rinsing etc.. Very frustrating! The last problem was that the pictures shown on the website for the workout room was not the workout room! It wasn’t even close. It showed this fully equipped workout room with cardio, weight machines and weights. In reality, it was just three small cardio machines and a flat bench and a few dumbbells. Not at all what we wanted! After we got over the major disappointments we did enjoy most everything else. It would have been nice to have been supplied with more than a roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags for our week long stay. The next time we visit Orange Beach we will be looking for a little bit better place.

Great location

Condo building not in a congested building area which was very nice. We had a 6th fl condo. View was beautiful and condo was well equipped and clean. Laundry machine and dryer located in closet b/w bedrooms, but had closet doors to drown out the sound while in use. Pool was small and kept clean; waterfall effect was out of commission. The access to the beach was short and easy. Beach area was very nice and kept very clean. You can rent a set of lounging chairs with umbrellas on beach but daily rate is not cheap. Condo parking garage area and spaces are somewhat of a challenge to navigate for bigger vehicles. The office did charge us for the 2 parking garage passes ($40/spot) that was to be included with the rental. Told us we had to resolve with Vacasa (still pending resolution). Only one major issue during our stay-one of the renter groups smoked very strong marijuana out on their balcony. Stench was so bad it was seeping into the condo and several renters including us couldn’t enjoy the night view from our balcony the last night and ignored verbal complaints from renters located above their balcony. Office was closed. The condo complex is within a mile of Flora-Bama restaurant but the bulk of restaurants are only a few miles away. Walmart and Publix only a few miles away. Uber can be difficult to get before 7pm but local taxis are available with a phone call. If you’re going out to eat with kids, they’d enjoy GTs or The Gulf but kids discouraged after 9 pm. If you have a special adult group event, recommend the 3 hr. tour with cruisintikisorangebeach.com/cruises. We had 6 people so we got our own floating Tiki bar boat. Request Dan or “Lt. Dan”. He was amazing and great sense of humor. We love this area and condo location and will likely return.
