Great location and views

Overall the stay was fantastic. Views were great from the balcony and waking to views of the beach in bed was the best. Only feedback I could give to make it a little better would be to have a few basic cooking spices (salt pepper ect.) it didn’t really affect us much. Would definitely stay here again

Great home for family time at the beach!

Condo is fantastic. Just as pictured. Located just a 1/2 mile from the Florida line. The master suite is incredible. Even with the doors and windows closed you can hear the waves outside. Spacious bathroom and walk-in closet. The open kitchen, dining and living space is perfect. You have everything you need in the kitchen including a blender, crockpot, dishes, skillets, pans, pots, tableware and dishes and you can see the ocean while you cook or empty the dishwasher! Games and puzzles are provided. Things to bring: beach towels, chairs, sand toys.

Great Porch and sitting area.

When it was too cold to sit out on the porch, there is a great sitting area in the bedroom with a floor to ceiling window giving a great view of the beach. Great place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. It's clean and beautiful. Literally right on the beach, and not in a super busy area, so very peaceful. Very easy checkin and checkout. Easy communication with the property manager. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Condo

Property is nice but if you are traveling in a large Suv or Truck indoor parking is very limited. You will have to park outside. We found maybe 4 spaces to accommodate.

Just what we needed!!

The property was very clean and spacious. The beach front view from the balcony was awesome. We spent several nights sleeping to the sounds of the gulf. If there was anything that I could have changed it would have been the construction that was going on daily.

Beautiful unit with easy access to room and to beach!

This unit was beautiful and just the right size for our family of 4 adults. The size of the building is nice as well so you have easy access to elevators and the beach as opposed to a huge complex. The master bedroom was huge, probably the nicest master we've stayed in, with a sitting area and a walk in closet.

Breathtaking view

It looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and smelled clean as well. The views from the balcony and master bedroom were gorgeous! I loved sitting up in bed each morning to see the sunrise, gulf, and even dolphins! Parking was easy and the location was convenient. This property felt very safe and family friendly. The beach was clean and private. The pool, fitness facility, and sauna were well maintained. When we visited, the tennis court was under construction, but hopefully next time it will be finished. I loved the floor plan of the unit. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and door to help with privacy. For the kids, there were board games available in a cabinet, good wifi, and Netflix. The kitchen was stocked with every type of container, utensil, cookware, etc. so if you stop by the grocery store for food/ingredients, you really wouldn’t even need to leave for anything. Overall, if I could give this property and our experience more than 5 stars, I would! The entire booking process, arrival, and departure were easy and seamless. My family and I cannot wait to return.

The condo was just as stated online. Beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf. We watched dolphins from the balcony in the mornings. Convenient to everything you need including the Blue Angles practice. Loves this place and will book the same unit next year.

Amazing vacation trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! We did not really like the construction of our balcony and construction beside our condo but we made the best of it! This condo was so much more comfortable and convenient than the other one that I had booked! We will definitely consider staying here again! We met some really nice people and the staff of condo was great! We tried to leave this condo as nice as we found it! Hope to see y’all again next year!

The inside of the condo was very nice. The biggest flaw was the construction crew working on our balcony and not being able to use it at all for the 5 days. Liquid life vacation rentals didn’t even inform us of this until we were already on site. The noise was so unbearable and could never relax until after 5pm. My in-laws stayed in 502 and received a 30% discount due to all of the noise and no balcony access. Use Gulf2Beach rentals, they take better care of their customers.

Beautiful view, very nice condo… But

I certainly understand a buildings need to be maintained and upgraded, occasionally, so it can continue to be a quality place to stay and visit. It, honestly, just kind of stank that while sitting out on our condo looking at the beautiful, relaxing waves and beach, I had to wear earplugs so that I wouldn’t hear the very loud grinding of the construction work being done on the building on the beach side literally 30 feet above us. Please know that I’m sure no one else will have the same experience that we had because they’ve probably moved on to a different area of the condo complex and what they’re doing needs to be done. It just happened to be that we were the ones that they were working near at that time but since we were only there for three days and they worked near us 2/3 days, it did kind of suck. However the condo is lovely, it is well appointed, & the location for me is really great. Not only is on the beach but I actually prefer to be a little further away from much of the tourist craziness that is 3 to 4 miles east of this location. I would certainly stay there again….with fingers crossed that they’ve finished the work on the beach side.

We had a great experience. Condo was identical to pictures. HUGE master suite. Kitchen items and linens were in new condition. Beach location was perfect! Just a short walk.
