We had some issues with the code getting into the building, but otherwise it was a great place! Very clean and roomy - close to everything including great restaurants and all the major attractions of the city.

Every aspect of this experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment was just what we were looking for. It was clean, cool and comfortable!!!! The view was so fun. There is a great breakfast place right below it. You can’t go wrong! The communications and instructions were flawless as well.

We spent most of this trip discussing our NEXT trip - this stay was one of the simplest, easiest, and most satisfying we've ever experienced with a short-term rental. Hands-down will stay again!Unit incredibly clean, close proximity to the areas we needed to be in, and the host was next-level communicative and kind! Thank you for making it so easy for us!

Super basic place to stay. We had questions about extra bedding and linens that seemed to be difficult for them to answer. And since they own multiple properties and there’s no onsite concierge they sent us on a wild goose chase for linens because they thought we were in a different property. I didn’t like the fact that the customer service line didn’t know anything about the actual property. I’d prefer to stay at a place where the owner is renting out their personal space next time.

The parking situation is pretty rough. You have to park a half a mile away from the property. The room looks very luxurious in the pictures. However, once you get there, it does show some age and you can hear the other guest from above and below at all night not to mention that the city sounds are in full effect horns and traffic all night long and it’s difficult to get the room dark

We enjoyed the visit to Chicago. And we walked all over the city - shops were nearby (Paneras and Whole Foods were both helpful) and we walked to both. It was also an easy walk to Union station which was useful as we took a train to Chicago and back to NYC. A good place to play games, which kept us occupied.A couple of things you might want to know in advance. There were six steps up between the front door and the level of the elevator to the upper floors. There is a handicapped lift to avoid those six steps, but how to use it is not obvious, so if you will need it you should ask in advance how to operate it. The doors to the two bedrooms were sliding doors, which is a bit unusual, but they worked fine. The clothes washer/dryer worked well, but there wasn’t an instruction manual with it, so we checked online for where we should put the detergent and found that the laundry pods which had been provided should go in the tub with the clothes. There were coffee packets provided for the coffee maker, but the packets didn’t say how much coffee they made, so we checked online the packagers website and learned that we should use 10 cups of water with them.We liked the apartment, and would happily stay there again.
