This 3 bedroom 2 bath home, has breath taking views of Aransas Bay, enjoy morning coffee on the patio watching the sun rise over the bay and catch dolphins swimming through the canal! 1000ft lighted pier on the property to fish from and then return to condo and cook your catch in the fully stocked kitchen. Private boat ramp on the property, along with a pool and tennis court!
