Two garage parking spaces, on the right and left side. Small to mid-sized vehicles recommended. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and much more! Across the street, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe.
