Actualmente en proceso de remodelación por daños de huracanes. Disponible a partir del 1 de enero de 2020. Nuestra unidad estará totalmente renovada y lista para crear recuerdos con su familia y amigos. Mantendremos el sitio web actualizado con los detalles cuando la unidad sea remodelada.

Incluye Servicio de Playa para 2 con sombrilla y capacidad máxima de 8 personas. Debe tener 25 años para reservar.

Nuestra unidad está convenientemente ubicada en el extremo "tranquilo" de Thomas Drive, contigua a St. Parque Estatal Andrews. Bellos restaurantes, campos de golf de campeonato y barcos de alquiler están muy cerca.

Esta unidad se ha actualizado y tiene más de 1400 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios / 3 baños para 8 personas. La unidad tiene un enorme frente de 300 pies frente al golfo balcón que ofrece a nuestros huéspedes una magnífica vista del océano y la playa; no debemos olvidarnos de las puestas de sol más deslumbrantes en la playa. Además, incluye servicio de playa de cortesía, durante la temporada, con 2 sillas, cojines y sombrilla (de marzo a octubre).

La unidad tiene una gran suite principal privada con gran armario, baño principal privado y una impresionante vista al mar frente al golfo con entrada al balcón privado. Esta suite principal con cama extragrande tiene una zona de estar, TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y reproductor de Blu-Ray.

Tiene un dormitorio adicional con vista al mar, baño privado, walk-in closet grande, entrada desde el balcón privado con vista al mar. TV de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, reproductor de Blu-Ray y zona de estar para leer o relajarse.

Un dormitorio de invitados con ventana con vista a la bahía, con dos camas queen, amplio walk-in closet, asientos y televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y baño de visitas.

Amplia cocina con ventana con vista a la bahía con muchos gabinetes. Can’t say enough good things about this property! The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything you could possibly need for the beach as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Ideal stay at The Commodore

We enjoyed a perfect stay at The Commodore over our fall break. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. We have stayed at many different units, and this one was, by far, the most well stocked! We did not cook much, but there was everything we could have possibly needed to make all of our meals at the condo. I also could not get over all of the beach stuff! She had it all covered! The unit was set up perfectly for our family plus grandparents, and the large dining table, bar, and outdoor seating was much appreciated! There was plenty of room for everyone! Check in and all communication was seamless, and we will recommend this unit to anyone we know looking for a place to stay in PCB!

AMAZING!!

We just left early this morning and I can’t wait to go back! Vickie, the owner, is amazing to work with. She was on top of the very few minor issues we had. The condo is beautifully decorated and has MORE than you will need. Do not bring anything beach related, there are two closets full, and we left what sand toys we brought as well. The view is spectacular, the location is great! The end of the beach is not busy or overcrowded at all. We watched dolphins from the balcony every single day. The beds were all comfortable, kitchen has even you’ll need and more. On site security guard was so nice. We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely hope to book with Vickie again next year!! I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Very nice condo

After some confusion, on our part, we were able to enter the condo with no issues. The homeowner was quick to respond to our request for some help finding the code to enter. Upon entering the condo, we were very pleased with cleanliness and updates. There was a 2-3 inch hole/crack in the ceiling of one of the master bedrooms which appeared to be structural and did not deter from the beauty of the room, at all. All plumbing worked wonderfully. The beds were comfortable. No issues with air conditioning. The view was spectacular. As we were leaving/checking out, we loaded the dishwasher and began turning it on when we realized there was absolutely no power connected to it. We checked the breaker which appeared to be fine. So, unfortunately, we had to leave with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I informed the owner of the situation but had no response as of this moment. Overall, we all had a great time and would love to return.

Great Place - Highly Recommend!

We are completely enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities needed for a fun stay. The view is amazing and we loved seeing the pelicans fly by. The property and beach are perfectly located for a family friendly experience. The beach isn’t crowded and the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo are so convenient. We loved waking on the beach to the nearby state part pier, snack shop and to local stores. It has all the benefits of being in a beach city while not being on the strip and avoiding the traffic and crowds. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Vicky!

Perfect Beach Week

Beautiful, Clean condo. Perfect location to enjoy the nature near St. Andrews State Park-we saw a deer at 5 am, 4 Manatees, Manta Ray, Skates, dolphins ,baby & big sharks. Crystal Clear water all week-amazing! Hints:Make sure you adjust dryer to the highest drying setting to dry in one cycle. Unit has 2free beach loungers with umbrella-super nice -we booked same one for whole week on the day we arrived. We also rented a few paddle boards for a couple of days as well. *some ceiling damage in owners suite. All your cooking supplies but didn’t have a large crock pot (they do have small one & air fryer) Also friendly staff & met a few really nice owners during the week as well. Great place to stay with a family ❤️

Beautiful condo, great location

We've been vacationing to PCB for years and this condo was the best we've had by far. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all you need for your stay. We felt very "at home" while staying here. The location is great...the quieter end of Thomas drive right near St Andrew's Park.

Pictures viewed on line were accurate. Beautiful condo exactly as appears in photos. All the required kitchen supplies provided (i.e. pots pans, silverware, etc.). Comfortable beds. Difficulty understanding TV carrier options, but who needs TV with the gulf view. Will return next year.

This was our first time staying at the Commodore. We love this area for the calm and quiet atmosphere. This condo is updated very nicely and well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels and even a small cooler to use. I loved that the bedrooms all had small fans on the nightstands. It was very nice to have a private bath for each bedroom so each couple had their own privacy. We also enjoyed the spacious balcony and it’s multiple seating areas. The beach is big and the chair service is great. My only complaint with this room was the cleaning crew didn’t appear to have swept the floor or vacuumed any rugs and we didn’t have pillowcases in one of the king bedrooms, not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things though. We would definitely stay here again. I will say the pool bathrooms are very small and run down and the building itself could use some tlc. This is no fault of the owner of this unit though, just something to be aware of. All in all we had a great week relaxing on the beach and I can’t wait to come back.

wonderful oceanfront condo. don't stay here because I want to use it again and again lol. mattresses could use updating but that is an ongoing thing with condos and these aren't terrible, just not great. showers are upgraded beyond your wildest expectations. Plenty of ocean supplies in a closet. well equipped kitchen. no real complaints.

We purchased this beautiful unit at The Commodore in October of 2013. This purchase fulfilled a life long dream to become home owners at 'The World's Most Beautiful Beach'! We have had a lifetime love for the beach and this past year we were richly blessed as we became owners of our very own ocean front home.

We would love to share our home away from home with our family and friends. We would like to invite other families to come and share this family oriented atmosphere and abounding beauty as well.

We have traveled to this beach 4-6 times a year and this just wasn't enough! So with our new ownership, this would allow us to visit more often and and enjoy this beautiful beach when we retire.

We are all-around beach lovers and have visited many islands and countries that had beaches which included many areas in the Carribean and Hawaii - but to our amazement, this is still one of the Most Beautiful Beaches in the world!

This unit is located in one of the most beautiful, tranquil areas on the beach. The Commodore is a well-equipped complex with lost of amenities and we fell in love with it and sure you will too! It's convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy navigation to all the hot spots around the area!

24 hour Security.....Located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive on Panama City Beach....near St. Andrews State Park. Family environment, clean/neat grounds, well-maintained, and only 130 units in the complex!
