We came down to St. Louis for a robotics competition. This property was perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood was amazing. Lots to see and plenty of places to eat. The property was very clean and nicely updated. I would highly recommend it.

Home was not in location we were expecting from the map at booking- much further north and far from the park. It was not well kept and the entire place smelled of sewer, particularly the bathrooms. There was broken glass and junk in the yard. Ceiling falling down in the top floor double queen room. Roku TVs were old and glitchy. Neighbors were sketchy and let their pit bull loose in the alley. Garage was too small for our SUV to fit and street parking was limited. This is not a place that I would stay at again and certainly not worth the price!

The location of the property was wonderful and very convenient, which we really appreciated. However, the home itself did not match the condition shown in the listing photos. Curtains were missing and had been pulled out of the wall, the kitchen was not fully equipped, and one of the showers had a sour smell. The basement was also concerning, especially for families with children, as it was unfinished and easily accessible from the main living space. Overall, the location was a strong positive, but the condition of the property and the accuracy of the listing were disappointing.

Adequate lodging; excellent parking options including a garage. Very good location for CWE restaurants, taverns, wine bar, ice cream, coffee places.

Great location, and the size and arrangement of the bedrooms allowed for privacy while the first floor was perfect for having everyone together.

Great weekend

The house is really nice and just as described. Location is perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood but walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Great Central West End Home

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The management team was responsive and helpful from the moment we reserved our trip right through the day we checked out. Looking forward to our next stay in the Central West End.

Perfect location as staging area for my daughter's wedding at the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park. Walkable to CWE venues. Highly recommend staying at this house!

Charming house in an excellent location one block away from Central West End shops and restaurants. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone in our party. House has some quirks, including some noisy/uneven floors. Our biggest issue was that the middle floor didn’t get cool as well as the other two floors and one of the bedrooms didn’t have a ceiling fan, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable in the heat wave. Some more towel racks or hooks in the bathrooms would be good, too. But regardless, we would definitely stay again and just cross our fingers for cooler weather!

Home was great. Spacious rooms and very comfortable. Neighborhood was filled with restaurants, ice cream shops, and a wine bar. Extremely safe with a walkable area. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Great Place to Stay

This is a fantastic place to stay if you have many in your group. There is a large kitchen, dining table with the seats for 10 or more, five beds in 4 bedrooms, and a garage for two cars. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathrooms are updated. The communication from the management was quick.

Beautiful home in charming neighborhood

This beautifully updated home boasts plenty of space for family and friends to gather. The hosts have thought of everything! It is located close to many St. Louis attractions, yet in a quiet neighborhood. There are several charming restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this property!
