What’s Included:
Fresh linens, 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel per guest, starter toiletries, kitchen essentials (trash bags, dish soap, sponge), laundry detergent, and basic supplies to get you started. Please note that washcloths, pool towels, and open food items (salt/pepper) are not provided. Starter items are not replenished.

Pet Policy:
This home is not pet-friendly. Service animals must be registered prior to arrival.

Security Deposit:
A $200 refundable hold will be placed 2 days before arrival and released within 48 hours after check-out if no damages are reported.
