Great location if you want something walkable to the beach, the train station, shops and restaurants. But, there is no grocery store nearby. Next door is a beach rental shop, and I was able to get a beach chair there for a very reasonable price. Very clean upon arrival. Sparse, yet had basic needs. AC and ceiling fan were great. Bed is comfortable but the mattress is some sort of memory foam and felt hot. I didn’t sleep well as the unit above mine sounded like a herd of elephants :( and the window shades are for privacy, but not room darkening so I was up with the sunrise. People had left boogie boards and sand buckets at the back of the building by the outdoor shower. There’s another “take one, leave one’ container at the bottom of the ramp to the beach so look there before renting/purchasing beach items!
