This villa has a privileged location, as it is only 3 km from the beach of Puerto de Pollensa, and only 3 km from the historic town of Pollensa. Access is via a secondary road and there is a small forest just behind the house, which makes it an ideal place for bird watching. It is also only 5 km from Cala San Vicente, a charming place with crystal clear waters.

The front part, as well as one side is covered with a large and beautiful porch with arches, where there is an area equipped with chairs and table to enjoy meals outside, and another equipped with comfortable sofas and deckchairs for your comfort. Surrounding this porch is a large garden area with lawn and hedges, where the barbecue and the swimming pool are located, this also has a solarium with sunbeds and parasol.
