Perfect for traveling healthcare, or any profession seeking a comfortable home during a stay in Sacramento, this Colonial Heights home is cheerful, bright and sunny with all of the character of a 1920's bungalow. It has all modern conveniences, to include A/C, dishwasher, and in unit washer and dryer (located in sunroom). The sunroom offers space to be used as an office, or can be utilized as additional living space off the kitchen. It has a spacious backyard for outdoor living and entertaining. The home has been recently updated with new beds/mattresses and linens, in addition to a remodeled shower/bathtub. Colonial Heights has a park a short walk away, where community events are held, also equipped with a play area with a kiddie pool to enjoy in the summer months. The home is new to VRBO, but the owner is a seasoned host working with traveling professionals.
