Classic Palm Springs Beauty

I was very excited for this stay because the house was perfect for our group of 7! There are several different zones to hang out which is ideal for a large group. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and not too far from downtown PS or the airport. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Palm Springs jewel

Beautiful, spacey back yard with large pool. Very comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a gigantic spa tub in the master bedroom. The other 3 bedrooms were good sized. All had comfortable bedding and mattresses. We’ll stay here again next year if it’s available

Paradise in Palm Springs

We had a great time at this vacation rental. It has a private back yard with zones for lounging (both sun and shade), swimming, grilling, eating, yoga area, cornhole game spot and hammock. Plenty of seating and umbrellas. Beautiful decor, inside and out. A fantastic place for family and friends to create memories.

Low key bachelorette weekend

This was the perfect home for a Palm Springs getaway weekend! We had 6 girls together for the weekend and this home had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed for cooking and cleaning, as well as the bathrooms, which even had complimentary travel-sized toiletries! The pool deck was lovely, and provided the perfect location for a low key bachelorette weekend.

Palm spring vibed

Loved the house, but floors were not clean, bathroom windows had dirt and dust around them, pool was dirty when arriving, but called Vacasa and they took care of it ASAP. House is cute. Backyard living was great. Vacasa was amazing

*Perfect Family Getaway Home*

Perfectly comfortable and cool home for family with adult kids and dogs. Great relaxing vibe, convenient to everything and ease of living. Cute neighborhood for walks and jogging. We did not cook, but seemed to have all you would need and it’s all labeled to help. The furnishings were comfortable and so was the heat/air. The throwback video game was a hit!

Excellent stay

Nice property and well equipped. Pool, hot tub, fire pit, etc. The property owners really went the extra yard to make the house into a resort. There were a couple of glitches (pool and hot tub heating didn't work at first and a shower stall had standing water) but Todd the manager took care of everything and actually had people out to fix these things on Thanksgiving day! He is a real asset.

Beyond perfect.

We wanted for absolutely nothing. It was our first family trip with our 6 month old and the house was so perfectly appointed it made it so easy to just settle in. The kitchen has more than what you’d ever need. The bedrooms are so comfortable and fabulously decorated. The outdoor space allows for group togetherness, but it’s so huge you can find yourself as much privacy as you need. We loved everything about La Vie En Rose and can’t wait to stay again!

It was great, once we got in!

This property is actually ran through Vacasa and their communication is not very helpful. We had issues contacting them in advance to our stay and a hard time getting into the property. Once we were inside, everything was wonderful! It is a super cute place, fully equipped and very clean. We were there in early May and definitely recommend having the pool heated!

Bach party

This place was set up so well for a bachelorette trip! We loved the decor and backyard. We had some issues at the beginning of our stay with getting in after confirmed early check in and our pool wasn’t cleaned prior to arrival. Fortunately, management handled both issues well and we were able to enjoy our stay without any further issues. Our group was pretty tame, so if your group is planning on being wild, keep it mind they do have a strict noise policy for the neighborhood.

Disappointed in hidden fees details.

I was so impressed with the ease of checkin and communication prior to our trip. However, during a virtual checkin (over the phone by a woman with a name starting with M) the day before, It was confirmed that the 72/day x3 that I paid was to cover the head of the pool spa and even went as far as to confirm that the spa would be heated to 102 degrees. Was also disappointed to hear for the first time that we were not allowed to play low volume music at all outside (not shown on the listing prior to booking), but we were willing to look past that. I texted the property when we couldn't get the spa heated and they said that there was a seperate fee for the spa on top of the pool and we just paid for the pool. Since I didn't have my confirmation (over the phone) in writing we were screwed. If we were told to choose to heat one or the other we would have chose the spa. I felt it was intentionally misleading and upsetting with how the information was eventually relayed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Lindsey. We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding regarding the heating fees for the pool and spa, and we can understand how frustrating that must be, especially after receiving confirmation about the spa heating. To clarify, the pool heating fee does not automatically include heating for the spa, as they are charged separately. We apologize for any confusion caused during your virtual check-in. We strive to provide clear and accurate information, and it seems we fell short in this instance. Regarding the music policy, we understand how disappointing it can be to learn about restrictions that weren't clearly communicated prior to your booking. We will take your feedback into consideration to improve our communication moving forward. We thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our guests' experiences, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to host you again.

Super Cute Palm Springs Stay!

This is an extremely cute house and perfect for Palm Springs. It's located in a great area, close enough to the downtown area and everything surrounding. The inside of the house is very fun with all the different wallpapers and artwork. We got this house for a low-key bachelorette party and it was the perfect set up. Something that was extremely frustrating was when we got there the pool was EXTREMELY dirty to the point we didn't even want to swim in it. Along with it being dirty it wasn't heated even though I called a week before our trip to say we wanted the heated pool Thursday-Sunday and they confirmed and took the money. I called when we got there and they had someone come out and "fix it" and told us we couldn't heat the hot tub and the pool at the same time and the pool would be heated by the following day, Friday. They refunded us 1 night for the non heated pool. Friday the pool was still super cold and so was the hot tub. I called again and they said it just takes time, so we waited. (the pool had been cleaned early that morning so we were happy about that.) We didn't have a warm pool the entire stay and only had a warm hot tub Saturday night. I had asked for a refund of the heated pool since we never got to enjoy it and they never got back to me. Huge bummer since the pool was 90% of the reason we went with this house. All in all it was a good rental and we enjoyed ourselves.
